About this house rental
A lovely modern family home located in Havelock North. Located 5 minute drive into the village, close to Black Barn Winery and Te Mata Estate Winery. Situated on a large sunny section with a private back lawn and alfresco dining, outdoor bbq area, brand new swimming pool amd spa. Still a bit of landscaping around pool to be done. The large open plan kitchen flows through to both lounges and the outdoor entertainment area.
Waimarama and Ocean Beach is approximately a 20 minute drive.

The highlight of the property is the pool and spa area, kids and adults both loved it, and we were lucky with some warm Autumn days.The layout of the house is good for two families, as there are two bedrooms each at both ends of the house. If you have young children, one thing to note is the property is not fenced (pool and spa obviously fenced though.) We had lunch at nearby Black Barn which was absolutely beautiful. Good location to nearby village.

This property was perfect for our extended family. We had lots of room to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa area and it was hard to keep the 3 year old out of the pool. It was a great.base for the things we wanted to do in Hawkes Bay. Would book again a heartbeat

This home was awesome! Brilliant location, especially to do the Hawkesbay 1/2! Only minutes from some of the best winery's! House was really warm, beds very comfortable! Couldn't have asked for more! Thank you

We loved our stay, it was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed. Plenty of space for us all and a lovely outdoor area.
