About this house rental
New Zealand at its best! Hawkes Bay at its best! Edgecliff provides excellent, modern accommodation with careful attention to detail to make your stay ultra enjoyable. Separate living room to dining which is open plan to kitchen and all living areas have breathtaking views both northwards and into the Tuki River Valley.
Literally one minutes drive away is the iconic Te Mata Estate Winery (one of many) for wine tasting, tours, purchases etc. Another four minutes drive and you arrive in the heart of Havelock North Village life with Farmers Market, top Restaurants, Bars and Bistros.
Cape Kidnappers International Golf Course is approx. 15 minutes drive away as are other golf courses, sea and ocean sports, the beautiful golden sand beaches of Waimarama and Ocean Beach and all they offer.
Napier Airport a 20 minute car ride, Napier and Hastings cities within 15 minutes.
Very centrally located whether you wish to fish the Hawkes Bay rivers or simply sight see, you will certainly wish to return.
Special conditions:
There is a refundable bond payable at time of booking ($250) and this refunded very promptly after departure. Any deductions are only made after discussion with departing guests.

Great communication. Easy check in.Beautiful setting with views to soak up, and quiet and relaxing. Bottom of access road connects to the Hawke’s bay cycle trails. Stunning spot

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The place was spotless, private and beautifully self contained, which made it easy to feel at home. Having laundry facilities was a huge bonus for us, and the level of privacy and independence made it perfect. Would definitely recommend!
