To the outside there is off-road parking for three cars and a rear enclosed garden with a lawn and a patio with furniture. The Perks is a pleasant cottage well-placed for a visit to this popular resort.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 5 minute walk, shop 12 minute walk. Gardener attends once a fortnight and the window cleaner attends once a month.
