The interior also boasts a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a gas fire and a conservatory. To the outside there is off-road parking for three cars and a rear enclosed garden with a lawn and a patio with furniture. The Perks is a pleasant cottage well-placed for a visit to this popular resort.
Amenities: Gas central heating, gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Rear enclosed garden with lawn and patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 5 minute walk, shop 12 minute walk. Gardener attends once a fortnight and the window cleaner attends once a month. Note: Property does not accept bookings that have over 4 people under the age of 18 unless discussed with owner first
