About this house rental
The house is located in the hills of Ron di Valdobbiadene, surrounded by vineyards and woods in a sunny and panoramic position, with a beautiful view of the valley and a few minutes from the center (1.4 km). The accommodation, located on the upper floor of the house, enjoys private outdoor space, green areas, relaxation areas, panoramic terraces and parking, which can be accessed through the lower courtyard which serves accommodation on the ground floor (also for use tourism). The surrounding vineyard is organically grown.
The apartment consists of a large and bright living area with direct access from the east terrace near the parking lot or from the main entrance on the north side. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, five-burner stove, oven and all the necessary kitchenware. In addition there is a small breakfast table. In the dining room there is a large dining table for six / eight people, a comfortable corner sofa with a peninsula and a sideboard with a 32 inch TV. There are two double bedrooms, a larger one facing the valley and a smaller one, overlooking the forest. There is then another bedroom where various useful things are stored at home: drying rack, iron and ironing board, electric broom, mop, etc.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle and a foldaway cabinet with a washing machine and a boiler.
At the entrance there is a library available with a wide selection of books (many classics) for those who want to read in relax lying in the garden, equipped with sunbeds and umbrella. The air conditioning is not needed because in summer there is a nice windy and dry climate and at night it is cool. However, a column fan is available. For the cold seasons there is heating with radiators and in addition in the living room there is a wood-burning stove with visible fire, which can be used on request. One of the most pleasant things in the summer is to have lunch or dinner outside in the panoramic terraces available, both equipped with tables, chairs and benches, or relax in the deck-chairs in the garden. Accommodation is at the exclusive and complete disposal of guests.

We could not say enough great things about our stay here! Alessandra and her husband met us on arrival to give us a helpful tour of the house and were always quick to respond with any questions we had. They even provided extensive lists of restaurant suggestions and wineries to visit! The house itself was perfect! The right size for us with pleanty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery between activities! Alessandra is so thoughtful and really included everything we could possibly need and then some! After a week in the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence this was the perfect relaxing wind down to our trip!

My husband and I don't like the sea or hotels, so we travel around Europe, visit beautiful places and look for accommodation in similar facilities like "casa su la riva".I have to say that casa su la riva is completely unique. A picturesque house located in the middle of green vineyards with a view of the white church and the nearby town is simply a gem. In addition, everything was clean, cozy and tastefully decorated.Alessandra and her husband were very helpful and gave us great tips for local restaurants, wine tastings and also guided us to beautiful places in the charming countryside. I thank them very much for that. This holiday was simply unforgettable and I hope to return again someday.

It is a very comfortable appartement, nearby the town. You can walk to the town in ca. 20 minutes. The appartement is clean, light en everything you need is there. The owners are very friendly and hospitality. From the house and the terrace you have a beautiful view over the town and the wineyards.
