Locatie was goed maar het appartement vind ik niet om aan te raden.
De locatie was top, de zetel en de slaapkamers en bedden waren ook goed. Alles op een uur of 2 uur afstand. Supermarkt ook op korte afstand.
Geen privé parking waardoor je een heel gedoe hebt met parkeer plaats want je kan op de openbare parking max een uur staan, heel erg veel geluid van de buren, heel erg veel geluid van op straat het cafe, het bestek en de pannen waren nog vuil en vettig van het vorig gebruik, de wifi kwaliteit was heel slecht je kon niet met 4 op hetzelfde moment de wifi gebruiken. Als je in de douche staat voor je te wassen of op wc zit dan kunnen de mensen van buiten af naar binnen kijken omdat er een raam is zonder gordijn of bekleding. De verwarming deed het slecht/niet. Wc papier, keuken producten ( olie, afwasmiddel, drooghanddoek,…) waren absoluut niet voldoende als je met 4 personen boekt.

Rundum perfekt.
Die zentrale Lage ist super. Ausstattung ist top. Kostenloses Parken problemlos in 5 Minuten Entfernung möglich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter hat unsere Fragen super schnell beantwortet. Obwohl wir per WhatsApp kommuniziert kam die Antwort so schnell, als ob wir persönlich gesprochen hätten.
Die Spindeltreppe ist bauartbedingt recht eng. Das ist aber kein negativer Punkt. Ist nur mit großen Koffern schwierig.

Ruim appartement, heel centraal gelegen en voldoende parkeermogelijkheden. Goede communicatie.
Alles was is orde. Het is een kwestie van smaak, wij zouden niet kiezen voor de felle verlichting. Hou bij boeken rekening dat het appartement op de bovenste verdieping is.

Surpreendeu nossas expectativas
A Casa Vittoria nos surpreendeu. A anfitriã é muito gentil e prestativa. A localização é excelente, as acomodações muito boas principalmente para famílias. A casa é toda equipada... Tem máquina de lavar roupa, louças, eletrodomésticos e tudo mais para pequenas refeições. O ambiente estava muito limpo e as roupas de cama e banho, impecáveis. Tinha um kit de limpeza de presente, o que foi muito útil, mas acho que preferia um pequeno kit para desjejum, pois muitas vezes os hóspedes chegam tarde e se tiver algo para lanchar, seria ótimo.
Para chegar ao apartamento são necessários subir 3 vãos de escada... então se você tem muitas malas, complica um pouco. Os quartos e banheiro com chuveiro, são no 2º pavimento... As crianças adoraram subir e descer a escada caracol, mas acredito que para idosos, seja um pouco difícil. Os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores e poderia ter mais, pois eram muito baixos e só tinha um para cada um (estávamos em 4).
