The breakfast problems and the unbearably high room temperature significantly reduced the experience

Good location, very clean, price was relatively low

There was a serious problem with a heating system and the staff was not able to manage the situation. Rooms were extremly hot ( especially the bathroom) and the control system did not work. It was not possible to open the window in the tripple room, temperature was unbearably high. Staff was informed first night but problem was not solved during our stay. Buffet breakfast was not a real buffet breakfast, meals were served by the staff. We had to wait sometimes a long time in line instead of serving ourselves.

Close to centre of town.

Not enough parking spots. Were too scared to drive car as we would lose our spot. Being served breakfast. Have always had buffet or serve yourself.

Great stay with very few minor inconveniences.

Breakfast was delicious and a good value. Registration staff was very kind and polite. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

Carpet in hallways could have been cleaner and some of the younger dining staff seemed a bit inexperienced. It was difficult to get to the outdoor area through the hotel after a certain time and we had to go through the outside to get to the patio- which was a bit inconvenient because it was raining. Showers were a tad small.

Mid-priced hotel with outstanding restaurant

The restaurant! What a lovely surprise to find a jazz-themed restaurant serving great food in a tiny town, Valdobbiadene. I particularly liked the restaurant's clearly explained meal pricing structure, with cost depending on the number of courses eaten and with free bread, water, and coffee. The food was tasty too!--good value for money. The proprietor is clearly trying hard to make this restaurant work and his effort shows.

Superb

Renovated restaurant with beautifully arranged, plated and very tasty food. Great selection of local prosecco wines, the staff has high knowledge about prosecco wine growing and the area culture at all, which brings extra nice note to the dinner. Do take the chance to try higher quality D.O.C.G. Valdobbiadene elixir. Good garden/small park in front of the hotel, fantastic for breakfast, speaking of which is great too. Big underground parking especially useful in hot summer days

Some discrepancy between published price in booking app and actual amount billed which was resolved between hotel and booking.com In contrast to the restaurant the hotel part is somewhat dated and unmaintained, hopefully it will be renewed soon

Lovely hotel in a great location

The restaurant was really lovely, we had dinner there as well as breakfast and the service was great and food was a very good quality plus a good range for the breakfast buffet. The hotel was dog friendly including in their public areas which we were really happy with and appreciated! Check in and out was really easy and was done within a few minutes. And all the staff that we interacted with were so friendly and helpful

Nothing bad to say about the hotel but only an improvement would be the air conditioning in the room - it didn't feel it was cooling the room down and made it fairly humid

Everything was more than perfect . Sauro the GM is a warm and gracious host . The vibe at Hotel Diana is more bed and breakfast than hotel. Valdobbiadene is the heart of Prosecco land . The food is excellent for breakfast and dinner . The hotel staff is kind and attentive . If you are thinking of traveling this way , this is your hotel !

Great location and awesome breakfast. We also had a great dinner at the restaurant, really recommend this!

The rooms are a little outdated, but comfortable. The AC did not work and the rooms got a bit stuffy during the night. (It was too loud outside to have the window open)

near Valdobbiadene center (100m), staff was very friendly, garage (it was heavily raining when we arrived), breakfast had all we could imagined

only some small things: room was a bit dark, breakfast coffee was served from an automated coffee machine (it was not as good as this really good espresso from a typical italian espresso machine) -> we saw that in a lot of bars around there (coffee capsules), its a pitty to see that especially in italy...
