About this house rental
Casa Tajin is conveniently located in the upscale Club Campestre gated community on the Nicklaus golf course. From the large balcony and master bedroom you have sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez and San Jose. Convenient to downtown, local beaches, surf breaks, grocery stores, and well rated restaurants. The townhome is well appointed and maintained to insure every guest has a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The accommodations are quality construction built in 2010, set back from the noise of the world while still very close and available to explore. Comfort, quality and amenities a plenty. You will settle in the moment you arrive. Like a "home" you will likely find most every need or wish and maybe a few things you didn't even know you would enjoy having!
Both indoor and outdoor space offers tranquil comfort along with the ability to enjoy it like you own it!
You will find the home well stocked with items of need. Shampoo, paper towels, beach towels, internet, ice chest, telephone, laundry detergent, just to name a few.
Guest Access
The community pool area is a perfect place to start your exploring. You might find the BBQ area by the pool to be a nice change from the private BBQ on your balcony. Swim while you cook and enjoy dinner at the tables or by the outdoor fire pit. The pool was completely remodeled in April 2018. The Campestre Golf Course is easily accessible.
The ensuite telephone provides service for local calls and the US free of charge. While we do not reside full time in San Jose del Cabo, we do have a collection of contacts, wonderful neighbors and a bi-lingual property manager.
Special items can be arranged. What are your needs? A crib? If you think you need it..... please ask.
Other things to note
The property is located in a gated secure community. Walking in the development at any hour is easy and safe. There is underground parking just steps from the elevator. A private secure easy access to golf club or surfboard storage is just a few steps from parking. *****Upstairs location makes this property NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN.

Beautiful ocean and golf course views. Nicely appointed kitchen. We had issues with the television not working, but everything else was great.

There just aren't enough words to describe Jodi’s place. To start, just put the word spectacular in front of these….view, location, accommodation.

Communication…..check! Cleanliness…..check! (A big shout out to Jodi’s House Cleaner “Specialist”).
Where Jodi does make mention of car is recommended for transportation to and from this property, we would agree. But we didn’t need one. We took an airport taxi when we arrived, and an Uber upon return. In the 13 glorious days there, we only needed a taxi once, when we walked to Chedraui (grocery store) but needed taxi to get all our groceries back. Everywhere else we walked. We walked pretty much the entire golf community, to the Clubhouse for lunch one day, to Chedraui numerous times, to the Plaza Peninsula (District MX, Pan Springs restaurant for breakfast, Starbucks), to the beach, and our most adventurous trek being to Historic Downtown San Jose, where the Art Walk happens. We are in our mid- late 60’s, love to walk, so it was right up our alley.
This was our first visit to SJDC, we can’t wait to return, and would 100% book here again.

We had an excellent time at this property. Photos and descriptions were accurate, and the host was very helpful with detailed apartment information and guidelines. We made excellent use of the patio and grill with the lovely ocean view in front of us. Good central location yet quiet and secure.
