About this villa rental
Relaxation guaranteed in our green setting!
Ideal for relaxing and sharing beautiful moments with family or friends, our house is a renovated lauragaise farm of 250 m2 surrounded by a park of more than 6000 m2.
It is located opposite the Canal du Midi and just 30 minutes from the Toulouse center, at the gates of the Lauragais and its countless tourist attractions.
The conveniences are all close (supermarket and trade in less than 10 minutes).
On the ground floor are:
- A cathedral living room of 90m2 with open kitchen, living and dining areas
- two double bedrooms
- a single room
- laundry room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer
- a bathroom with shower, bath and double washbasin
- a toilet
Upstairs:
- a large mezzanine office
- a game room
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed
- a toilet
Outside:
- secure pool
- a large covered terrace with seating area and dining area
- open-air terrace, barbecue
- Leisure facilities: table tennis, badminton, trampoline, swing ...
We leave our bicycles and libraries well stocked with comic books at our guests' disposal!
Some rooms of the house will remain closed (two children's rooms, an office on the ground floor and the bathroom on the floor which is under construction), at the end of the building is a professional hangar to which my Husband may be required to access discretion to recover equipment or leave a vehicle through an independent portal.

A lovely house in a lovely situation, right by the canal du midi south of Toulouse.We particularly enjoyed the pool area and the many games both indoors and outdoors (including table tennis, a trampoline and table football). Being able to use the bikes was an added bonus and it was lovely to cycle along the canal every day.The house has plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen and lovely, comfortable beds and furniture.Thank you Camille for being such an excellent host and helping us have such a wonderful two weeks!

Sans se sentir isolé, cette maison offre un calme permettant de se reposer dans le très grand jardin, au bord de la piscine. Le canal du midi est devant le portail : promenades à pieds ou à vélo très sympa. Et Toulouse n'est qu'à une petite demi-heure. Tout le monde a apprécié.
Camille est une hôte accueillante et disponible. La maison était impeccable.

Très bon séjour agreable et confortable pour petits et grands.grands espaces à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur facilitent la vie des petits et des grands ! la proximité du canal est évidemment une très belle attraction pour qui aime marcher et/ou faire du vélo.. facile d'atteindre l'ecluse la plus proche.
Grande générosité de nos hotes qui ont laisse jeux, bd , vélos trotinettes petite piscine à disposition.
Bref !A recommander !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Camille est très accueillante. La maison est idéale pour des familles, nos enfants ont adorés les jeux et livres à disposition ainsi que le grand jardin. Camille nous a prêté des vélos, ce qui nous a permis de se balader le long du canal du midi qui est juste en face de la maison. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
