April 2018: a TV was added + a table on the terrace + 2 chairs
At 300 meters from the beach of Flic en Flac, one of the most beautiful in Mauritius, comfortable apartment of 50 M² having benefited from a complete renovation in early 2013.
1 air-conditioned bedroom (1 double bed / real latte, rare in Mauritius!) - Double living room / dining room air-conditioned - Fully equipped kitchen (oven / microwave, fridge / freezer, gas / electric hob, coffee maker, washing machine) - Shower room-separate toilet.
** WIFI prepaid on demand. Count around 12 Euros
The apartment, on the ground floor of a small building of 2 floors, has a terrace with outdoor shower for the return of beach and benefits from the proximity of the shops of the city center and the restaurants of seaside .
Parking in closed enclosure.
I draw your attention, that the neighbors are often very noisy by putting the music to the bottom. And the Mauritian authorities are unfortunately powerless about this nuisance.

Die Wohnung entspricht wirklich der Beschreibung, man tritt sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter "nicht auf die Füße". Aber es empfiehlt sich Oropax mit zu nehmen, am Wochenende kann es schon mal laut werden. In der Woche ist es wirklich ruhig. Paula und Clifford waren immer da, wenn es Probleme gab. Am Strand waren wir fast alleine, nur am Wochenende kamen die Insulaner an den Strand, aber es war immer noch nicht überfüllt. Man sollte sich unbedingt einen Leihwagen nehmen, es gibt wirklich viel zu sehen. Und für uns Frauen ganz wichtig..... Im Winners Cascavelle ( ca. 2 km) wird jeden Tag frisch gekocht, sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich :-), als take away sehr zu empfehlen.
Bis auf die Musik am Wochenende war es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Die FeWo hat alles was man so braucht. Ein bequemes Bett (da wäre ein zweiter Nachttisch vielleicht ganz nett) eine große Dusche und auch in der Küche alles Notwendige vorhanden. Wir haben die Terrasse sehr genossen und immer draußen gegessen, auch wenn sie auf dem Innenhof liegt.
Für jeden, der ohne großen Komfort auskommt und für kleines Geld Mauritius genießen will, genau richtig.
Was uns weniger gefallen hat war die Nachbarschaft.
Im Nebenhaus wurde kräftig gefeiert, laute Musik bis in die frühen Morgenstunden und auch tagsüber. Wir wissen nicht ob das ein Ferienhaus ist und wir einfach Pech mit den Gästen hatten, oder ob es dauerhaft bewohnt ist. Für uns wars jedenfalls nicht so dolle.
Erwähnenswert ist vielleicht noch, dass das Internet sehr langsam war.
Alles in allem stimmt Preis-Leistung, und Mauritius ist sowieso immer wieder eine Reise wert!
