About this apartment rental
Some two hundred meters from the long beach of Flic en Flac, this ground floor apartment offers rest and well-being in a calm and peaceful area. Ideal for one or two people, with its 50 square meters, a simple but warm decor, it feels completely comfortable.
Fully equipped American kitchen (fridge / freezer, gas hob, kettle, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster etc.) allows you to prepare your own meals if the numerous restaurants along the coast road do not tempt you!
Wifi access, 24/24. Flat screen with TNT channels (France 24, BBC world, TV 5 Monde, Cine12 among others).
Air-conditioned room with adjoining bathroom.
Located in a fully fenced yard, this nice rental is highly secured by a permanent surveillance system. Possibility of parking for car also.
For those who like to be at the beach early in the morning or love the sunsets, two minutes of walking is enough to lavish this sweet happiness. The bus stop and taxi service are located side by side not far from the residence (barely 150 meters) and supplies can be obtained from the Spar supermarket located approximately 500 meters from the premises.
Transfers, excursions, car rental and other facilities that holidaymakers wish to benefit from are taken care of as soon as the wish (s) is (are) made.
We encourage dialogue with a constant concern to make this dream stay in Mauritius even more pleasant.

nous avons passes de tres bonnes vacances dans l appartement tres agreable a 300 metres de la belle plage de FLIC EN flac mention particuliere pour la proprietaire Madame Mitra toujours disponible pleines de délicates attentions et de bons conseils afin de bien profiter des visites de cette magnifique ile un plus appreciable pour optimiser le beau sejour tres bonne adresse

"La Résidence est très calme, pas de vis à vis; l''appartement correspond aux photos, bien équipé, s''il manque un ustensile Mitra vous le procure immédiatement comme elle vous donne de bons conseils; Plage restaurants commerce à proximitée; Résidence idéale pour le Repos et Choix: Studios et Appartements bien séparés. Je réserve pour la fin de l''Année"

Globalement satisfait du séjour bien que ce soit décevant sur quelques points.
Concernant les points positifs, on notera que l'appartement est bien placé dans Flic en Flac et donne accès aux commodités à pieds (plage restaurants, supérette, bureau de change etc.), l'appartement est grand et offre suffisamment de rangements. Le prix proposé reste honnête. On retiendra également la gentillesse du propriétaire qui est très arrangeant et très serviable.
En revanche, nous avons été déçu par les équipements: insuffisants (pour les ustensiles de cuisine), manquant (four, lave vaisselle ou parking comme annoncé), ou pas en état de marche (tv).
Autre détail important, l’appartement est hyper lumineux le matin et très sombre en fin d'après-midi. Des rideaux dans les chambres auraient été la bienvenue, difficile de dormir le matin alors que le soleil tape directement dans la chambre. Ajoutons à cela que notre séjour s'est déroulé durant les travaux du voisin. Nos vacances n'ont donc pas été les plus reposantes.
