Perfect base to explore the old city. Quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to good restaurants and convenience shops, the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia, the bazaar and metro. Special thanks to the front staff Abdulahmad who made sure our stay was comfortable.

Staircase with atleast 10 steps that too curved and small steps at the very entrance which was a big no since i was travelling with a child and pram. A small congusted place overall except the room The room was also smaller as compared to the area advertised. Charging more than the other hotels in the neighborhood although they have good facilities. got a a much better offline deal for next days of my stay at istanbul

For the price point it is great. Staff were very kind. Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The area is fantastic, easy to walk everywhere and close to the tram stop at Sultanhamet.
Not the property but the breakfast is at the hotel next door which isn’t a problem but the food is fair only, though for $10 euros you can definitely fill up.

The property management did not had enough attitude to fix things for customer for example no hot water for entire day. The toilet seat kept falling everything it was opened. I mean when you pay you should get services you pay for. The reason we got for no hot water was that unfortunately we chose time to take bath when all people are in their bathroom. I mean that did not even made any sense.
