Ganz tolle Gastgeber mit top Service. Maria hat auf uns gewartet, uns den Schlüssel übergeben und die Wohnung gezeigt und auch noch ganz viele Tipps gegeben. Virgina war per Whatsapp immer erreichbar und hat sofort auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche reagiert. Auch wurde per Whatsapp in der Mitte der Woche nachgefragt, ob alles passt und ob es uns gut geht. Genauso wurde uns vor der Abreise alle Infos übermittelt und noch eine gute Heimreise gewünscht. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Die Lage und auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super! Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Das Einzige was man bemängeln kann ist, dass diese Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist und man den Fernseher des Nachbarn, der die ganze Nacht gelaufen ist, hört.

The location is very convenient. Close to most attractions, with a lot of supermarkets and eateries in the vicinity. The apartment is stocked with essentials like salt, laundry detergent. I hit the word limit in negatives, so I'll write here, lol. The day before the trip I still wasn't given instructions on how to check-in. I had to write the host and remind them. I was asked when we were to arrive. I answered that our flight arrives at 5 PM, so all things considered we would probably arrive at around 7 PM. I rounded up the time a bit so we wouldn't be late. Eventually we arrived at 6:30 PM and were told by the cleaning lady that the apartment would be ready in 30 minutes. It appears they expected me to calculate the arrival time perfectly. Anyway, we had to wander through the city for half an hour. With a tired 3-year old kid. Oh, and Maria who meets guests and gives the keys doesn't speak English at all.

The apartment has very thin walls and despite a lot of notices posted outside warning that noise after midnight would result in police being called, it was still very noisy on Friday and Saturday well into the night. The neighbors could be heard constantly with their doors bashing in the hall, etc. The apartment has very poor ventilation, and second bathroom doesn't even have any vent or opening. So the air in the apartment is very humid. We had to leave windows open most of the time. And in January it's quite chilly. Materials used in the apartment are not designed for high humidity, so there was a lot of surfaces warped due to humidity and moisture. There was cheap laminate flooring on the floor in all rooms (bathrooms included). Obviously, it can’t properly withstand the moisture in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bathrooms doors were the cheapest accordion doors. They provide no soundproofing whatsoever. They were very loud too. The door to the smaller bedroom was loud and difficult to close. Basically, everything in the apartment was old and cheap: old electric (not induction) hob with only partly working display, worn-out, sagging mattress, ancient coffee machine (not the one on photos) that you need to turn off manually or it will pour the coffee indefinitely, thin towels with threads sticking out, disastrous faucet in the kitchen... The smaller bathroom gets flooded after showering. There's no dishwasher.
