Everything! The location, the flat itself, the staff!

Basically this is a very good apartment. It is on the outskirts of the city center, but still within a 10 minute walk of everything. There are great restaurants, bars and cafes in the area, there is also a very good cafe right below the apartment (make sure to have breakfast there if you are here - Gloria Hoyos). The equipment of the apartment was also great. The fact that there was a washing machine and dryer is simply wonderful. The apartment is really equipped with everything you could need. There is also air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the rooms, which is great. The apartment is above a relatively busy intersection, but the windows are so well insulated that almost no noise comes in when closed. If you are used to sleeping in very quiet conditions at home, it might be disturbing. Access was very easy, the furniture is minimalistic but tasteful, the kitchen is very well equipped, there is an elevator in the house, the staircase is quiet, there are no unpleasant smells in the apartment. I would go back here!

There is a small window between the bedroom and the bathroom (I think it is to let some light into the bathroom during the day). I would put a curtain on the bedroom side of this window so that when someone uses the bathroom at night, the bedroom is not flooded with light.

Remodelado a nuevo! Impecable! Excelente zona y muy seguro! Un edificio con historia precioso! El departamento súper cómodo y grande! Equipado total! Volvería y lo súper recomiendo!

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location was great – close to the city center and public transport. The host was friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. Everything looked exactly like in the photos. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.
