Location and easy checking in and out.
Room was clean but basic.
Nothing major.
The fridge was on the floor and out of place ie: towards end of bed to the side, and would have been better near TV, under a desk and more so off the ground level for ease of access- seemed oddly placed.
Upon arrival it definitely smelt like someone had only just used the toilet as it was very much fresh and foul, but went after a windows were opened etc. Not a nice initial first impression and welcome.

Great seaview terrace that was fantastic to sit out on in the morning and afternoon. Great location just behind the sand dunes of the amazing Praia do Carreiro da Fazenda in town. Highly recommend Vila Nova de Milfontes and this hotel.
No heating but not a problem with a sunny terrace.

Good value. Large balcony why views of dunes, sea and to the river.
I kept extending my stay, as it seemed like the best option in town.
I'm sensitive to perfume. This has a medium level in the bedding and towels. More, and I would have stayed only a short time. Less would be ideal.

Nice location, the rooms are fair quality and the buildings look nice. If you book multiple days at once, the price should be 25 euro a night.
Two nights booked together is 50 Euro which is reasonable, but one night was 38 euro and if I wanted to book another night after, it would be 42 euro. Didn't make sense to me. So we left after the first night and stayed at a much more comfortable hostel (pirata). Would not go again because the bathroom smelled intolerably of mold. Held my breath when I went in. We had to have all the doors and windows open through the night.
