Magnificent rustic house located on a small slope, from which you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the region.
The property is located in Bagunte, municipality of Vila do Conde, known for its agricultural and rural environment.
This beautiful property was completely remodeled in July 2016, offering magnificent leisure and accommodation conditions!
It is a house with personality, comfortable, fully restored and transformed into a beautiful accommodation unit. It has a spacious dining room with a fireplace, a large living room with access to the outside space and a lounge with a pool table.
Inside, the accommodation area is divided into 2 distinct areas:
> on the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. This floor is accessed through the exterior of the house.
> on the top floor there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. The access to this floor is done externally through a small porch.
Both floors have exterior access to the kitchen, the bar and the games room
Outside the house has a magnificent swimming pool for adults and protected with a glass fence for the safety of children; extensive lawn and a spacious threshing floor, as well as a beautiful terraced garden complemented with a playground.
There is an access ramp to all of the outdoor area surrounding the pool.
For guests' comfort, the property offers WiFi internet access, included in the price.
The place is quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing holiday, in complete privacy where the rural landscape predominates (as a curiosity: the house has some animals and birds)

the property is beautiful : very large, the garden is well taken care of, and the pool area is perfect. it was a real pleasure spending one week in this house. Also the village is lovely with a nice supermarket within 5 minutes walk.

Stayed here one week with a family of 5 using only half of the property beacuse of its size.
This fantastic accommodation has eveything you wish for regarding space inside, space outside, wonderful swimming pool, very well maintained and clean property and modern styles of interior combined with old elements of the original house.
100% recommendable for people seeking comfort and rest in a rural area.
