Welcome to Luxury Holiday Villa ***** Markermeer in Bovenkarspel located directly on the Markermeer, we are a stylish and luxurious holiday destination. West Friesland is a holiday area for all. Known for the most impressive places. The cities of Hoorn, Enkhuizen, Medemblik, Alkmaar, and Amsterdam are from our luxury holiday villa. But also for sun, sea, beach, culture and nature, the Zuiderzee Museum, Wonderland Wonderland, and the surrounding places are definitely worth a visit. The Villa is high quality finished, beautifully situated, with a private parking, several terraces, 3 bedrooms that are equipped with comfortable box spring beds (possibly separated 1.60 x 2.00 long) the villa offers privacy and features a widescreen LCD TV with all Dutch & Belgian German TV channels, has an extensive kitchen, large bathroom with toilet, air conditioning / central heating. You have a private terrace with terrace furniture, with a fantastic view of the Markermeer.
In short, a Luxury Holiday Villa on the Markermeer
The resort has various facilities such as a restaurant within walking distance, an outdoor swimming pool for children and a playground. The Resort is located directly on the Markermeer so from the Chalet you can swim directly, for children it is a perfect location because the first 200 meters the water is only 50 cm deep, but you can also enjoy on the water. At the park you can rent pedal boats and you can also do water sports there. There is a private boat ramp on the resort so a small sailboat, speedboat or watercraft you can take away with you.
Luxury Holiday Villa Markermeer ***** is located in Bovenkarspel, between Hoorn and Enkhuizen and situated directly on the Markermeer. Bovenkarspel is a lively village with cozy terraces, nice shopping center, good restaurants and plenty of traditions, and there is always a lot to do.
We have a beautiful view of the Markermeer from our villa. There are also beautiful golf courses nearby: Westwoud (10 min) Wervershoof (10 min)
Lelystad (30 min). We even have a pick-up service from the station or you can walk to the Holiday Villa in 15 minutes from the station (Bovenkarspel-Flora) We hereby invite you.

Direkt am Markermeer gelegen, haben wir den perfekten Ort für heiße Sommertemperaturen gefunden. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gerade so wie es sich auf den Bildern zeigt. Selbst an dem einzigen Regentag konnten wir uns draußen auf der Terrasse aufhalten, da diese großzügig überdacht ist. Vom Wohnzimmer hat man aus den großzügigen Fenstern einen herrlichen Blick auf das Wasser. Die Übergabe war reibungslos, der Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan. Er hat auch eine reichhaltige Mappe mit Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Region angelegt. Das Haus liegt in einer Europarcs-Siedlung, aber durch die Randlage bekommt man davon kaum etwas mit. Wir haben uns an der Rezeption Fahrräder gemietet, das ist nur zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr helle Wohnung direkt am Markermeer. Die Terrasse ist wirklich besonders.
Frank als Vermieter war absolut unkompliziert und freundlich, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Markermeer. Die Austattung ist auch sehr gut. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen. Auch ist diese Gegend noch nicht so touristisch überlaufen.
