Need a deep cleaning of the place

HOUSE WAS MUSTY ON ARRIVAL, WASN'T AIRED OUT, A LITTLE CLEANER WOULD HAVE BEEN IDEAL

THE LOCATION WAS AMAZING , CLOSE TO SHOPS AND ONLY MINUTES TO NELSON BAY,THERE WAS PLENTY OF FOOD OPTIONS AND ATTRACTIONS AVAILABLE, IT WAS QUIET AND PEACEFUL, THE LOCALS WERE FRIENDLY, GREAT PLACE TO RELAX.

THE ONLY FAULT WAS THE BINDI’S ON THE BACK LAWN, OTHER THAN THAT,ALL GOOD

Excellent location. The property is right on the bay, metres from the water. It's great to be able to just walk out onto the sand. And great also just to sit back and watch all that's happening on the bay. The house has good living areas that face out onto the water.

The house was mouldy and musty and had a distinct smell of being water damaged, which set off my asthma. There was water lying in the drain of the main bathroom that wouldn't go down. The main bedroom and ensuite has a very strong mould smell. The fans in the living rooms looked dusty and had paint peeling off them. Everything in the house has a drab, old, outdated feeling to it. Also, I would expect that when linen is included in the price, they should supply a tea towel! The other issue is that Port Stephens Accomodation, who lease this place, have gone all AI and its almost impossible to speak to a real person. When you do eventually get a person, it sounds like they are in a call centre in the Phillipines.
