Well worth the price

The house is big, 4 Bedrooms. Each floor has a bath, and there is a sommer shower in the courtyard fo washing the sand when comming from the beach. The kitchen/living is very well appointed with glasses, pans cutlery etc. There is a microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The terrace has a big table with 8 chairs (you can get two extras from inside). Every balcony (2 of them) has siting accomodations. Also there are 4 chezlongs on the terrace. SO a lot of places to sit in style. The garden is big and very nice and the sea veiwes are stunning. The host, Christos, was very accomodating, we had a broken shower cap and he changed it in a couple of hour from our reclamation, also he gave us a list of nice places and events in Kassandra. The location is veru quiet, with a "private" beach, due to remoteness nobody comes there except the residents. The beach is mixed sand/pebbles , the bottom near the shore is all pebbly. It is not so good for little kids. The bottom of the sea further from the shore is amazing for snorkeling it has big rocks, small rocks, algae, sandy bottom and subacquatic springs. As we are a snorkeling family we spent all our time doing just that, we spotted a lot of fishes, sea cucumbers, and even some octopuses. The beach is 3 minutes from the house. In Kalandra there are a bakery, minimarket, and two fresh fish shops. If you drive in the Siviri direction you will find two bigger supermarkets. We found everything we needed in them. A very relaxing stay.

We never got our bedsheets changed in the 10 days that we were there, it would be nice to change it at least once.

We had a great time at the property and at the beach.

We had a great time during our stay and I will present below what we liked: - On the beach there are 4 sunbeds and 1 umbrella available exclusively for this property; - The garden looks amazing and it is very well maintained; - The beach is somehow private, and used only by the residents of the complex. During this pandemic season we were alone mostly; - The host provided really good recommendations when we asked for different information. - Well equipped kitchen and we suggest to offer a microwave oven too which is not provided at the moment; - Three of the four bedrooms offers garden and sea view balcony which looks amazing;

There are few things that should be improved to increase the comfort of the guests and I will share them as recommendations: - The barbeque needs to be replaced as the old one is almost falling; - The doors of the rooms are really noisy so it was quite upsetting for us, having small babies sleeping at different hours than us; - The hot water system needs to be designed in such manner to ensure a constant level of the water temperature. The problem now is that even if you set the water temperature to a proper level, it is fluctuating from really hot to really cold, maybe not a big problem for an adult (even if it is not relaxing at all) but is quite difficult when having small kids; - The mosquito nets should be repaired in some places; Note: We've been informed at the property that the access to the beach is not through the garden but through the front road. Even if the access to the beach was alright, I made this note only to point out this situation.
