Dinner was the worst part since menu was so limited and not too much variety maybe because of current situation but still for such big brand you need to offer better options for dinner

This is our second stay here, and definitely not the last one. We like literally everything. Quality of food, excellent service, responsiveness of the personnel - truly exceptional.

We booked this hotel for two nights based on the excellent reviews and pictures provided. The price also was REASONABLE to us as a 5-star hotel and a highly rated property.
We liked the staff; they were friendly, especially Fiti. Also, they have a really good Americano coffee that we ordered in the room. They also offered us a late checkout until 4 pm for free, which was appreciated. THAT'S ALL, TO BE FAIR.
Where to start!
1. The check-in/check-out process was very slow and boring. The lobby was small and fully occupied and very hot, so no person could enjoy a cup of coffee or so.
2. The room was of a very weird design; the TV is on the left of the bed, the bathtub is between the cupboard and sinks, and the bed is facing the window! It was just unorganized space, and the lighting was dark and poorly distributed.
3. The AC was very hot, and we called for help; however, whatever they did, the temperature never went more than 23°C and the fan was barely reaching the whole room. We had very bad sleeping nights.
4. We ordered a club sandwich the first night, which was around 100 dhs. Unlike other 5-star hotels, they brought a small club sandwich that looked like a kid's meal with a small portion of fries. It was overpriced and untasty.
5. To make things even worse, the next day there was no hot water. We have waited several hours and ended up showering with cold water.
6. The furniture and floor were not clean; we stayed in room 1812 and there were coffee stains on the dresser, the kettle was dirty, and there was no coffee machine.
7. The room was cleaned with strong detergent; it smelled chemical, and with the poorly working AC.. you imagine.
All in all, we honestly didn't like our stay, and from the first few hours, we were thinking of leaving and going to the nearby Conrad.
People should read some other poor reviews on Booking, which we found more reliable. Also, we hope that the management reads these comments and makes necessary improvements.
