    Positioned in a perfect height and a breath taking view of the mountains. You pay for the view and I didn't mind. Breakfast was nothing to shout out for but good enough. The whole facility was clean and serene. Haus cafe was awesome escape for a little tapas and cocktail. Haus staff were close to family feel and made feel like home. Warm personality and hospitality made us visit them daily. The view was spectacular and location was strategic to commute to local attraction. What can I say, we had difficulty leaving kundansang and perkasa didn't give me a reason to feel deterred nor excuse to leave with a qualm. I will be back to kundansang and Perkasa will be my choice of stay.

    This is not a private chalet as advertised. This is sharing balcony chalet or Semi D style. Poor soundproof. The toilet very basic. The room location is not recommended for elderly. U have to bring your own bags to the room.

    We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Our room offered a breathtaking view of Mount Kinabalu, and waking up to such a beautiful landscape was truly unforgettable. The hotel has a lovely aesthetic café and a restaurant with a peaceful atmosphere. On clear mornings, you can enjoy a spectacular, unobstructed view of Mount Kinabalu right from the outdoor seating area of the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The facilities were excellent and well maintained. The entire surroundings were calm, relaxing, and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect destination for a honeymoon, romantic getaway, or anyone looking to escape the busy city life. We were truly impressed by the beautiful scenery, peaceful environment, and overall experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

    The location is convenient and easy to access. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and hot water was available throughout my stay. The garden area also created a pleasant atmosphere. However, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable and needs improvement. The facilities are quite basic, and the overall service could be better. With some upgrades to the internet and facilities, this place would provide a much better guest experience. Overall, it was an acceptable stay and offers good value if you mainly need a convenient location.
