Once we finally hot there after the hr drive fron the airport then the ferry ...We liked how peaceful the island was and it was very beautiful. There were odd random stairs inside and My 6'7" husband fell on the hard floors tripped coming in the front door. The kitchen was very awkward to stand in and had bare min supplies to make food in the room so we mainly ate out. The bed was soo hard the 1st nt I barely slept. 2nd nt we rigged it up w extra padding from blankets we found. The shower was a. Open floor which flooded so we ended up having to use most of the towels to clean it all up and dry them outside. It seemed like quite an adventure to try to navigate to make comfortable for us but we managed and I guess I'd just probably have to pay more next time to be more comfortable. Europe in general had very hard pillows. My husband really messed up his hip tripping on the step down. The lighting was difficult to see it coming back after dinner. It was an awkward combo to open and close the bathroom bedroom door and bathroom window... Just a very very quirky old home TV didn't work but that was about the same every place we stayed at oddly enough.
