About this villa rental

Beautiful detached house on one level on a plot of 689 m2 fenced with a yard flip of 250m2 (1 or 2 vehicles parked in the yard). The house has been completely renovated View of the Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail and the hill of Puy The private pool unheated 8m X 4m (1.4m deep) secured by a PVC sheet approved manual winding and surrounded by a 100m2 solid bamboo deck. A walk at 80 cm deep allows children to circle the pool and stand easily.

We loved our stay here. Plenty of room, beautiful yard and pool and it’s close to town while feeling tucked away. The AC didn’t work when we first got there, and they had it fixed by the next day. Having a car helps tremendously to get to any of the other towns in the area. David and Isabelle were very nice and super helpful.

Perfect Summer Location

We enjoyed the setting of the Villa, right on edge of a beautiful French village. There was lots of events on in the village, not only the map of the many fountains. We particularly enjoyed just walking around and seeing the architecture and getting insight into French life. Lots of things today close by, whether this was the aqua park or visiting Avignon. We enjoyed the villa, - modern, fresh and had everything that we needed. The pool was a perfect size for our family and the kids enjoyed the freedom of the pool. Meals were enjoyed outdoors. The air con was a great advantage in the evening when we had enjoyed temperatures of 34 degrees and sometimes more. Great options for dining options in the village and we enjoyed being able to walk a short distance to these and not to forget the fresh croissants from the local baker. Excellent host / hostess - who were very helpful. Thank you a lovely setting for our summer holiday. We enjoyed this very much and hope to be back one day. Family of four plus Harry the dog

Excellent villa in lovely town

This is a great villa - the pictures give a good sense of it and the facilities. A few other things to note: the owner's family (next door) were incredibly helpful as was the owner - in terms of arrivals and so on. The pool is great - secluded, good size, and something of a sun-trap. There were lots of inflatables and we had a good time swimming and messing around. The town is lovely but you are barely aware of it or how close it is. There are great bakeries, a good patisserie and an excellent pizzeria. The local cheese shop was also brilliant. We also went out to some great bars and a couple of small museums. For us it was a great location: we wanted to relax, read novels and sit in the sun. We could do all this but slip out for bread or a drink. Highly recommended.

The village of Pernes-les Fontaines is a relatively undiscovered gem in Provence. Villa des Anges is located in the centre of the village, conveniently opposite the owner's business, so everything is well looked after. The house is modern and comfortable with excellent air-conditioning which was very welcome during the recent heatwave. The beautiful pool is on an upper terrace in the garden which makes it very private, although the steps up to it are a little uneven and could be tricky for young children. Being in the centre of a busy village means there is noise from traffic and the summer events that take place quite often but this was not a problem for us and most of the noise had passed by 11pm. We would definitely recommend staying here, particularly if you want to experience French village life first hand.

Good location within easy reach of numerous restaurants. The local taxi company was excellent when we used them for a visit to La Camarette, which we recommend. The access to the pool from the house was just a small problem, a couple of the steps were narrow and sloping. Some pleasant walks along the canal were readily accessible from the house. Overall a good place for a relaxing holiday.

Très bien situé, à proximité immédiate des commerces dans un cadre très tranquille. Propriétaire accueillant. Une maison très bien équipée et une belle piscine . Un petit bémol : la plage en bois de la piscine a occasionné de nombreuses échardes

La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. La literie est excellente, les salles de bains avec douches italiennes sont très spacieuses. Coin piscine très agréable. Plusieurs terrasses avec tables et chaises également très appréciées. Le sol en bois autour de la piscine serait à remplacer, selon notre appréciation car le bois est usagé et on a le risque de prendre des échardes. Excellent séjour et belle maison que nous recommandons. 😊

Très belle propriété idéalement placée et bien exposée (piscine partiellement à l’ombre l’après-midi notamment, ce qui est très agréable). Propriétaire à la fois discret et disponible. Une excellente semaine. Petit (mais vraiment petit) bémol : pas de véritable couteau de cuisine.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit den Kindern (6 & 3) sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet. Modern und liebevoll. Für die Kinder stehen Spielsachen zur Verfügung, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Pool ist einfach wunderbar und wird top gepflegt. Die Nähe zum Dorf ist perfekt, so dass zu Fuss alles erledigt werden kann. Zudem sind die Vermieter sehr nett und super zu erreichen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Nous ne sommes restés que huit jours ! Trop court temps Villa idéalement située à proximité de pernes les fontaines qui vaut également une visite. Maison fonctionnelle dotée de tout confort (climatisation ,piscine , douché italienne, chambre parentale. ..) propriétaire agréable et disponible en cas de besoin. Une adresse où revenir.

Villa tout confort complètement rénovée. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Cuisine et séjour tout équipés. Deux chambres "standard" et une suite parentale impressionnante. Deux salles de bains. Terrasse ombragée. Lounge. Barbecue à gaz parfaitement entretenu. Piscine parfaitement entretenue et totalement au calme. Au calme, mais en même temps tout près du centre ville et des commerces. Parking sur le terrain. Vraiment rien à redire! Vaut le voyage :-)

accueil sympa et décontracté. location bien aménagée, agréable dedans comme dehors et bien située dans un village où il y a tout ce qu'il faut...on peut y passer un week-end sans bouger la voiture, à 40 minutes d'avignon TGV.
