About this villa rental
Luxury detached villa with private swimming pool overlooking the 14th ,15th and 16th fairways, with stunning distant views of Lagos and the sea. Reduced green fees and discounted spa/gym /indoor pool rates. Free WiFi and TV. Air conditioning. The outside space is truly an extension of inside, with sun-filled areas in the mature screened garden and shade abound under the extensive balcony, as well as the opportunity to dine al fresco. The villa is spacious and airy, with open-plan living on the ground floor. Large kitchen with dining area and lounge overlooking rear. 1 x twin bedroom with bathroom adjacent on ground floor. 3 x bedrooms upstairs (2 x kings, 1 x twin) all with ensuites. Large balcony shared by the two rear king bedrooms with seating area. Covered parking area with secure electric gates. Weekly housekeeper visit with linen change. Club house restaurant/bar on site plus tennis courts, archery, driving range, putting green with chipping areas and golf shop. 5 minute drive into Lagos and nearby supermarkets and beaches.

A group of six of us stayed at this house March & April 2026. The comments below are an accumulation of our group thoughts and suggestions.Excellent location, outstanding view of golf course with a lovely pool experiencing full sun all day. Cleaning staff always prompt and very thorough. Amenities were as described. The grounds were well taken care of and maintained as was the pool with frequent cleanings.The property is managed by Careways who was our original point of contact for keys and house /resort instructions. We had a couple of issues upon entering the house and sourcing things out which we brought to the attention of Careways. They were slow to react so going forward we dealt only with the owner and she responded quickly and resolved issues promptly. There are challenges for the owner to address for long term rentals, 1. 2 Bed mattresses need to be replaced. This was a major issue for 2 couples and the owner ordered toppers which was a 100% improvement but they don’t solve the bed problem for the long run. 2. Kitchen equipment was adequate but we felt it was missing components for a group stay of 2 months. (ie: we purchased a regular coffee maker, our choice but a Delta single pod coffee maker just didn’t meet our needs) There are plenty of dishes but light on serving pieces, bowls and baking pans.The furniture is dated but did not affect our stay. Overall we had a lovely stay at this home and if the beds are replaced we would definetly return.

Lovely villa, and we would definitely stay again.There were a few small areas that could be improved that would have resulted in a 5 star review1) The pool was dirty and was not cleaned until 3 days before we returned home2) There were no cushions or parasols for the outdoor furniture 3) it would have been nice if the villa had been aired through for a few days before we arrived
