About this house rental
rent detached house of 60 square meters. farm situated in the "Paduletto" a few minutes from the beautiful blue flag beaches of the Val di Cornia and the natural park of Sterpaia: Perelli, Carlappiano, Mortelliccio, Carboniferous, Torremozza. The house, newly built, is composed of two large rooms, the living room-fully equipped kitchenette (oven, refrigerator, washing machine, LCD TV, etc ...) with sofa bed for two people, beside the master bedroom with a single bed. The bathroom has a shower cabin. The entrance is independent and all around there is a large garden with gazebo, barbecue and parking. Dates are supplied two bikes. Great for families with small children, with pets (only a few minutes the beautiful dog beach at Perelli) and as a reference point to explore the beauty of the Val di Cornia, the metalliferous hills and the Upper Maremma.

We’ve enjoyed our vacation at Fabrizios apartment a lot. It is in a vert quiet area and not far away from the beach/ dog beach. We stayed with our dog which had a lot of space in the fenced garden.
We can recommend this apartment for every dog owner and also not dog owner. ;)
