L'appartamento nella sua essenzialità è dotato di tutto l'occorrente. Mi ha colpito l'attenzione dei proprietari nel fornire tutto il necessario (es. La cucina è fornita di una bottiglietta di olio prodotto dell'agriturismo che viene omaggiato, molto apprezzato!!!) Il gestore è sempre presente vivendo dietro all'appartamento, ma la sua presenza è del tutto discreta, quando interpellato comunque è pronto a darti informazioni e consigli in modo davvero cordiale. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata anche se essendo in campagna il più delle volte basta aprire la finestra per godere dell'arietta.
Potrebbe essere utile mettere un cartello in ingresso nel vialetto che porta all'appartamento perché non è chiarissimo dove si acceda, soprattutto la notte in aperta campagna senza illuminazione pubblica
