The property was very clean and with fantastic views in a very relaxing atmosphere.
Also very convenient location near the tennis and Padel clubs , inside the golf and very near drive to the San Juan playa . Tram station was 4 minutes walk

The Apartment location is great one of the best neighborhood in Alicante, easy to access, near by tram station did not use though as I traveled with my own car, the flat parking spot is big and accommodates a big sedan, the flat is well decorated spacious with great view on a golf course. The Pictures on booking are very well descriptive.
The Kitchen and the kitchen utensils require total renovation, all the appliances are working efficiently though.

Widok byl bardzo ładny z balkonu. Tyle z plusów.
Właściciel informował o nowej kuchni i łazience, jednakże toaleta była zapchana, a w kuchni narzędzia i garnki nie były dostosowane do płyty indukcyjnej. W sypialni stwierdzono dużą wilgoć. Obserwowano także niedostateczne posprzątanie po poprzednich lokatorach, kurz na lampach, brudną lodówkę oraz nieprzyjemny zapach wewnątrz. Obiekt na zdjęciach wygląda dużo lepiej niż na żywo.
