Have stayed here at least twice before so that speaks for itself. Have stayed in this complex 4 times. Too convenient but yet on the periphery of all the "action." Would not have been able to have this vacation without some work from the property managers and host. Many thank yous to them. Will be back!

This was the third time my husband and I have stayed here! We love the condo, the location, and being on Ole River! The condo is clean, comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked! Carey, the property manager is very helpful and attentive if anything needs his attention. We will be back next year!!

This was my first time to stay at the Sundown and it was perfect for the two of us! Great view of the bay and an easy walk to the beach just wish I had a boat to bring... Will stay at the Sundown again.Jack
