Take advantage of the outdoor shower when you come back to spritz away the sand before heading inside. The interior features an open and spacious living space brightly lit with lots of natural light cascading in through broad windows. The tile floors fairly shimmer beneath comfortable furniture and attractive beach decor. The full kitchen is equipped with all the appliances, cookware, and counter space the family chef needs to cook up a masterful meal to serve up over the glass-top table with seating for four.

You'll have a private washer and dryer to knock out everyone's laundry, so you can afford to pack light for your trip! Outside, the shared outdoor pool is the perfect place to hang out with your friends whenever you need a break from the beach. Kick back on the furnished patio or in the sunroom to bask under the Florida sunshine with a cold beverage and a favorite novel. The central AC will keep everything nice and cool while you watch your favorite movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV, and the free WiFi will make researching a new recipe or downloading an energizing playlist to your device quick and easy. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
