Newly Renovated!!!Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, with this beach front condo with Spectacular Direct Ocean view on Beach. Enjoy the Spectacular Direct Ocean views from your own oceanfront condo on the beach. Centrally located on the Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach border. Listen to the ocean from your living room/master bedroom with a full view, fully furnished. 4th floor, huge 27 ft. porch, pool in very peaceful area. Only 25 condo's in the whole complex and 50% of people are not there most of the time and 50% are only 1 person owners. 2 large bedrooms, master has a beautiful ocean view. Heated pool by the ocean with outdoor shower. 1 King Bed, 1 Queen bed, a twin and a twin pull out coach. Beach equipment, floats, cooler, wave board, chairs. Walk to Restaurants, convenient store but in a quiet neighborhood. Few people on the beach, see rocket launches from your deck or the beach. You will love it like all our guests have. Enjoyed the beach a few hundred feet away; swam in the pool almost daily; saw 5 different launches from Cape Canaveral; and had prompt responses from the owner when questions arose. 5* review!
