This is one of the nicest condos that we have stayed. Interior is beautifully designed for comfort and met all our needs. I would definitely stay here in the future. The pool is large and warm enough. My only con is how inconsiderate other residents were with pool chairs and tables. “Saving” them for many hours and not actually using them. There were seven tables around the pool area of which only two had umbrellas. Our condo was equipped with beach tent, umbrella, chairs, and plenty of toys for our use on the beach. We made great use of them. We immensely enjoyed our time at this condo.

Walking into this well decorated and surprisingly spacious and quiet condo you feel the vibe right away! The easy access from ground floor made this place ideal for our family of 5 to get out to the pool, to the beach, and to the putting green. The kitchen was nice with good appliances and everything we needed. We appreciated the beach paraphernalia greatly, coming from land-locked Colorado. The dual beach access made it very easy to watch the rocket launches, when they actually happened. We loved the location being close to the highway to Orlando but close enough to Cocoa Beach to walk to the peer. The beaches were clean, as was the pool. Highly recommend this space.
