The apartment, located on the ground floor of a newly built / renovated building, is located in Toscolano Maderno in a splendid and peaceful location, just 90 m from the central street of Toscolano, 270 m from the Le Montagnette shopping center (on the state road ), 920 m from the beautiful equipped beach of the Lido degli Ulivi (bordering the free beach Riva Grande) and 480 m from the beginning of the road, mostly cycle-pedestrian, which leads to the suggestive Valle delle Cartiere.
The apartment is new both in the external structure of the building and inside, where it was completed and furnished in April 2018; all the furnishings of the various rooms (mattresses, sofa, kitchen, all appliances etc ..) and bathroom fixtures are new and quality.

Schöne saubere Wohnung, alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt war vorhanden. Ideale Lage zum See und für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
