The Space:
Villa Isabel is the perfect holiday location in the countryside of Vale del Rei near Carvoeiro. The villa sits in a pretty valley and is surrounded by olive and carob trees. All main amenities are just a short drive away. An indoor-outdoor open-plan living is what this villa is all about. With covered terraces for the BBQ and dining area, plus covered table tennis and sitting area next to the pool. The accommodation is very spacious, fully airconditioned and has many traditional features, including a central mezzanine floor with cane and wooden ceilings. The main living area is open-plan, and very comfortable. The 2 lounges are separated by the central kitchen and dining area. Lounge 1 has satellite TV BBC ITV, Netflix, WiFi, CD, and DVD player. Lounge 2 includes play station 2 with games + sofa bed for 2 children. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Nespresso machine and a separate utility room. 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom.
The village of Carvoeiro has many shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, nightclubs, banks, and chemists. The beautiful sandy beaches of Benagil and Marinha are just 5 min drive away. Lagoa is the nearest town with a local fish market and two large supermarkets for all your needs. For a fabulous family day out, visit the historic town of Silves with its ancient Moorish castle, or visit the fantastic water park (Slide and Splash) and theme park (Zoo Marine) all are a short drive away.
Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
Guest Access:
Check-in / Check-out: 3 pm / 10 am. Bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available upon request.

We were for 8 days in the villa and we made a lot of fun. The table tennis was very nice. Every day we played games. The weather was fine but in October the night’s are not so warm anymore and that’s why the pool was almost to cold. It should be nice wenn we had a heated pool.
The supermercados were nearby so that was nice. Getting bread for breakfast was easy.The BBQ corner was super. The boys had a lot of fun.
The garden was beautiful.
The house was big enough for 6 adults and 3 children.
The house was also a bit dated. When you rent a house like this you expect everything is oke. The front door didn’t closed well. We had to kick it to close it. One dubbel bed was very bad. The matras was very soft and the bed itself was making a lot of noise when you turned around. One heather doesn’t worked. One toilet was making a lot of noise. The internet was very slow, when you are with 6 adults you need more power. Also for watching TV.
Despite these points we had a nice vacation but next year we are going to look for something else.

James and Isabel - the owners - could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We were a family of 8 - 6 adults and 2 teenagers - and the villa was brilliant. The pool area had perfect amounts of shade and sun, there were plenty of sun loungers and the garden areas were beautifully maintained. Honestly, a great holiday, highly recommended, we'd definitely go back. Thank you!!
