About this house rental
Capacity: 10 people.
. 5 bedrooms (1 double - 4 doubles)
. 4 bathrooms with shower - 1 bathroom with bath and shower - Private toilet
. 2 private swimming pools (10 x 8 m for adults and 6 x 4 m for children) (heating available for an extra charge of R$250).
Located near Vale do Carvalho and a luxury residence, this villa is nestled in the heart of an ornamental garden and a private area of 1.5 hectares. Privacy is absolute. The entrance gate is automatic and a video intercom is available. Upon arrival, in addition to the keys, you will receive two remote controls (all returned upon departure). An alarm system is installed.
The setting is very peaceful and benefits from beaches, restaurants and shops nearby.
Outside, as an extension of the dining and living areas, the spacious landscaped terraces offer stunning views of the sea. The living room is equipped with recliners, ottomans and a coffee table, and is protected by a blind in good weather. The dining area is equipped with a barbecue, plancha, fridge, table for 12 people and sofa. It is fully covered.
The roof terrace, accessible from the outside, is equipped with sofas and a coffee table. It is the perfect place to watch the sunset.
On the first floor, four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and toilets, as well as a twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms and toilets.
All bedrooms open onto a hallway bathed in natural light through a skylight.
All rooms have direct access to the garden and private terraces.
The laundry room, located in the kitchen extension, is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Linen and beach towels are provided.
Telma takes care of the house from Monday to Friday, three hours a day, exclusively for cleaning and personalized service.
For stays of more than one week, linen is changed on Fridays only. Towels and pool towels are changed on Wednesdays and Fridays for stays of more than a week.
We leave individual soaps, a roll of toilet paper, three to four dishwasher tablets and one or two trash bags upon arrival. Guests must purchase these for the remainder of their stay.
The nearest restaurants can be found in Rocha Brava (600 m), Centianes (1.2 km), Praia do Carvoeiro (3 km), Benagil (2 km), and many more.
The nearest supermarket is 3 km away (Intermarché), but in Lagoa you will find: Apolonia, Aldi, Pingo Doce, Auchan, etc. (Shopping Malls are about 20 km away: the first is in Portimão (Aqua) and the second (Algarve Shopping) in Guia).
AUTOMOTIVE AND ESSENTIALS.
The depth of the pool is clearly indicated and we do not accept any responsibility for inappropriate use of the diving board or by people who do not know how to swim.
Although we have never had a problem, we also do not accept any responsibility for theft. The house must be locked in the absence of guests.
The deposit covers any items damaged or broken during your stay. Telma will carry out a check with you or after your departure, and the deposit will be refunded within 7 days.
This villa can accommodate 10 people, for comfort and maintenance reasons. However, we have two baby cots if required. An extra charge will be charged if the number of people exceeds 10 to 12 (babies).
Upon arrival, you will find drinks and breakfast essentials in the kitchen and fridge.

Overall, we were very happy with the house, which had a well-equipped kitchen, a fantastic outdoor area, and a private, spacious plot. The flat lawn was perfect for play, and the large pool area never felt crowded, always offering a sense of seclusion. The house itself is spacious and well-suited for 10 people, as long as everyone is comfortable sharing double beds. It was nicely furnished—nothing to complain about. Any small issues that came up were quickly handled by Erwan, and Bruno, the handyman, was incredibly warm and kind. Household waste can be disposed of just a 2-minute walk away, just outside the gates.A few things worth knowing:•The included cleaning is mainly limited to emptying bathroom bins and wiping sinks—anything beyond that needs to be requested specifically. However, a mop and vacuum cleaner are available if you prefer to tidy up yourself.•A rental car is essential, as it’s quite a distance to grocery stores and restaurants.•If you’re particular about pillows, it’s a good idea to bring your own—the ones provided were unfortunately a bit lumpy and synthetic.Thank you for a lovely stay!

Fabulous villa that has been thoughtfully and tastefully built to accommodate every need for a great stay. All bedrooms are en-suite, the pool is superb and the outside kitchen a real bonus. Everything has been thought through including nice touches like leaving fruit, bread, water etc.The managing agent was excellent and responded to basic questions really quickly. He was really easy to deal with.

Beautiful villa in a relatively quiet part of the Algarve. I stayed with my extended family including five adults and three children (age 4, 3 and 8months) and with two cars. The bedrooms are clustered together, each with a terrace and chairs and all en-suite (one shower over the bath and four walk-in showers). Comfortable beds. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped, there were two dining tables that could seat us all (one inside and one out). Loads of parking and secured behind a gate, felt very secure with the shutters both at night and when out. The pool was incredible - we paid to have it heated and swam at least once a day. Erwan (the host) was extremely helpful and responded quickly to every question. My only constructive suggestion is to replace some of the towels, but an extremely minor point. Beaches we enjoyed: Salema (visit at low tide and climb up some rocks to see dinosaur footprints), praia de Carvalho (gorgeous bay, requires a climb down steps but we managed with the children), Carvoeiro (busy but you can park near the school for a great playground and then walk down to the beach with bars/restaurants right behind it).Food we enjoyed: takeaway pizza from L’Oasis pizzeria, lunch at Levels Carvoeiro.Longer trips: (one hour drive) 1) praia de Casteljo on the west coast, or 2) Sagres lighthouse and fort, with Martinhal beach as an option. Eat at The Hangout or the Laundry with Alice Gelato after.Overall I’d thoroughly recommend.
