Lorena with sea view

The location is good, not in the main area, so it's quieter if you're looking for a relaxing getaway from the hustle of the city. About a 15-minute walk to the port, similar to Biondi Beach. Quite comfortable apartment on the first floor. A large kitchen with a dining table equipped with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Two comfortable, separate bedrooms, a slightly small but adequate bathroom, and a large living room. Direct access from the apartment to a balcony with a small table and a very large terrace with an umbrella and a family table, both connected together The house's orientation to the sun allows you to enjoy breakfast on the balcony in the morning and on the terrace in the evening. Parking is available directly on the property. Although the apartment may need some update & refreshment, it is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to six people for a few days, or up to four for a longer stay. PS. The "with sea view" in the name is not just a marketing gimmick, there is actually a nice open view of the sea from both the balcony and the terrace.

Only the air conditioner is installed in an unfortunate place; we had some really hot days and it wasn't able to cool the entire apartment.

Very welcoming host. Nice large apartment in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to historic center. Good kitchen set up. Nice clean bathroom.

Lack of toilet paper with no store nearby. It was probably a one-off oversight since everything else was a really nice experience.

Das Apartment ist modern und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Besitzerin Lorena wohnt auf dem gleichen Grundstück und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und für Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar. Es gab alle 3 Tage neue Handtücher inkl. Geschirrtüchern und Duschmatte, ebenfalls einen kompletten Wechsel der Bettwäsche in der Mitte des Aufenthaltes. Auf dem Grundstück steht ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung, wo das Auto gut untergebracht ist. Die Lage des Apartments ist etwas abseits der Altstadt, aber doch zentral - zum Strand Porton Biondi sind es ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg und ins Zentrum von Rovinj ebenfalls. Alles gut zu erreichen.
