About this house rental
A charming fully furnished property located in Central Las Vegas! The 2-story home includes a porched entrance, and dual living spaces. Also, a multi-leveled dining space with chair rail molding. A cozy kitchen with recessed lighting, views of the pool, and French doorway leading to the patio! The home comes equipped with three flat screen televisions a full-size washer/dryer, a pool table and ping pong table! We are located 9 minutes from the Strip! Nice location to get to desert hiking and the strip. The house was great- had everything we needed and was clean and cared for. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was charming, pool was enjoyable and was in a fantastic location! However if traveling with older adults need to be mindful of the step from kitchen into den, as it is all hardwood floor and difficult to distinguish that there is a step. We did have a couple falls.

We rented this house for a group of 6–7 people from Thursday through Sunday. There were some positives, but overall the stay was frustrating enough that I wouldn’t book again.The biggest issue was the upstairs sleeping area temperature. The thermostat controlling the bedroom area was locked in a plastic box and set to 74 degrees. We messaged multiple times through the app asking whether it could be adjusted because everyone in our group was uncomfortable trying to sleep in the heat. The initial response from the owner was simply “no.” After additional messages very late Friday night/Saturday morning explaining that several guests were unable to sleep comfortably, a maintenance person finally arrived around 11–11:30 AM Friday to remove the lock so we could adjust the temperature ourselves.The hot tub also was not working properly for most of the trip. After repeated messages, maintenance adjusted it on Friday and it became mostly usable for the final part of our stay.Other issues:The game room was too warm to comfortably use.Ceiling fans were covered in noticeable dust.The decor felt dated.The master bedroom was extremely crowded with two queen beds, leaving very little walking space.The outdoor security announcement constantly notifying that you were being recorded became irritating, especially because it triggered frequently from passing cars.Positives:The kitchen was well stocked and the dishes/cookware were good.Showers, hot water, and towels were
