BASIC RULES
No smoking, parties, rearranging furniture, blocking driveways, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors. Do NOT light up bonfires in the fire pit area. Do NOT use indoor fireplaces.
MAILBOX ACCESS
No access to any mailboxes at the property. USPS mail cannot be delivered. Guests needing mail services are advised to rent a temporary PO Box at a nearby UPS Store. Amazon and other package deliveries (UPS, FedEx, DHL) are permitted.
SWIMMING POOL
Please be responsible and swim at your own risk. *Pool NOT heated.* Hot tub can be heated upon request at an extra fee. One time flat rate of $150.
SECURITY CAMERAS
Our property is equipped with exterior Ring cameras and are capable of recording video and audio. There is a Ring camera located at the main entrance, front yard of the home, back yard, pool area, side gate entrance, and in the garage on the myQ garage door motor facing outward toward the driveway and garage entrance. These are solely on the exterior of the property. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid.
PET POLICY:
• Pet fee applies to each pet ($150 per pet)
• Maximum 2 pets
• Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges

Our Host was superb. Very responsive-although we did not need to reach out much. We have two service dogs in our group- and the neighborhood is wonderful for them (as it is for us)-dog parks, parks very nearby. Quiet neighbor or hood. Family oriented. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, CVS, pet food, Albertsons, gas stations, restaurants super close by- and our commute was fast and short. The neighborhood is so centrally located to life in Vegas off the strip- yet near enough to get to the strip in minutes. It is a great place. Our host was able to program our spa usage to the exact times we wanted it hot and ready for us. The pool cleaning person was discreet and VERY tidy. We all felt safe. The only thing missing was a colander! Cooking was easy, washer dryer -terrific. NO complaints.

The house was perfect for hosting a group of friends for the week. There were plenty of spaces inside and out to hang out together or have some quiet time. There is also a park behind the house for walking or other outdoor activities. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and the strip. Miko was very responsive to our questions and made the whole process very easy. The house had everything we needed for a great vacation in Vegas.

This home was a great fit for our family. It was especially nice to enjoy a cup of coffee in the shady cool conversation area. The owners have a nice coffee bar set up along with fun family games to play like Twister, Uno and Jenga. My young family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The owners are very quick to respond if you have any questions. This place was a great pick for us.
