About this house rental
The property is undisturbed in the Marche countryside, not far from cities such as Fermo, rich in history and culture, and Porto San Giorgio city on the Adriatic coast full of fun and entertainment. In the property there is a swimming pool, as well as the possibility of making barbecues, walks among pine trees, olive trees, oaks. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people.

We stayed in the villa for one week as a family of parents and two teenagers plus a dog. There was plenty of room, the house is beautifully decorated and very clean. All arrangements were easily made and we had a lovely time. The pool is fantastic. The kitchen is well-equipped and in general everything necessary was provided.
We didn't miss air-conditioning even if it was a warm July, but at times it was a bit tricky to find Internet network for communicating with Rosanna by email.
All was beautiful, lovely and pleasant. We highly recommend staying at Rosanna's!

This Villa really was truly amazing. The photos do not show how truly beautiful this home is. Our family of 5 were blown away by this little gem. Rosanna and Maria (English Speaking) greeted us and made us feel very welcome. The house is very well equipped with everything that you would possibly need. The villa is set on a large plot, with beautiful views towards the sea. The swimming pool was a brilliant size and kept all three children very happy. The swimming pool was regularly cleaned and the added shelter was delightful during the midday sun. The area was beautiful, within a few minutes you could be on the beach or up in an ancient village. Lapedona was delightful, and there were lots of delightful restaurants locally. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and will definitely be returning. Thank you so very much Rosanna for having us!
