COTTAGE WITH POOL 2 DOUBLE BEDROOMS AND TWO BATHROOMS FOR 4 / 6 PEOPLE

Villa( indipendent semi detached) recently renovated and finely furnished in a modern style. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and services and a second bathroom with only services and wash basin.
The kitchenette is equipped with every accessory useful for cooking as if you were at home, with induction hob, traditional electric oven and a microwave oven.
The house is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, 2 digital TVs, air conditioning in the bedrooms. In addition to the internal dining area, you can also eat under the large veranda overlooking the sea, equipped with a table and wooden chairs and a barbecue.
The splendid infinity pool is equipped with sun beds and an outdoor shower.
The house is located inside the Country Village (ex Bagaglino), a renowned residential / hotel complex, at the gates of Stintino (5 km from the center) where you can find shops and basic necessities open from June to mid-September : medical guard, supermarket, newsagent, parapharmacy, ATM, gastronomy, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and various shops. In the central square of the commercial area, in the evening it is possible to attend the "animation shows" organized by the hotel sector, particularly suitable for children, also available to guests of private homes.
The village is located in a very peaceful and relaxing context, surrounded by a luxuriant Mediterranean scrub. At the entrance of the Village there is the Stagno di Casaraccio, one of the various naturalistic wetlands where at certain times of the year it is possible to spot groups of pink flamingos and other rare birds, for nature lovers!
The closest equipped beaches are those of "Le Saline" and "La Pazzona", with small pearly white pebbles and a splendid mirror of transparent water, especially when the wind blows from the west! The rocky coast that overlooks the so-called "sea outside" (west side) is also easily accessible from the village, where it is possible to carve out some space in some small coves between the rocks (for example Coscia di Donna). All within a few minutes by car or shuttle bus service with a stop near the house, which also leads to the other beaches on the coast, including the famous LA PELOSA .... one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia and in the world (.. .although usually very crowded).
