We had some really relaxing days in the well equipped and clean house with enough space for our family. Days went by at the beach or just reading a book at the pool or hiking through the nearby Macchia - it‘s definitely worth a visit! The small town Stintino still preserves Italian life. Best pizza at the Regatta Bar - children loved it!We surely come again!

Lage und Umgebung sind sehr schön, das Haus ebenfalls, allerdings ist das Badezimmer etwas veraltet. Die Abwicklung mit Monica war unkompliziert, sie ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene Personen. Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Obschon es ein Reihenhaus war, hatte man das Gefühl in einem freistehenden Haus zu sein. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist für 6 Personen etwas klein. Der Pool ist wurderschön (nicht sehr tief, was aber keinen Abbruch tut, ausser man will einen Kopfsprung machen). Der Garten ist auch sehr gepflegt. Die Terasse ist sehr schön, der Grill ausreichend. Die Zimmer sauber und die Betten sehr bequem.
Besonders möchte ich die nette Begrüssung durch Monica erwähnen. Sie war sehr flexibel, war immer zu erreichen und unterstütze uns sehr bei der An- und Abreise, sonst war keine Unterstützung notwendig. Wir kamen früh mit der Fähre an und konnten das Haus früher beziehen und am Abreisetag später velassen. Das war sehr wichtig, da es sehr heiss war und wir mit zwei kleinen Hunden nicht an den Strand konnten.
Wir waren sehr zfrieden und können das Haus nur weiterentpfehlen.

A améliorer manque clé pour wc et salle de bain à 5 désagréable et que deux transats 🙁 c’est juste à 5 , aussi ventilateur sur pied des ventilateurs au plafond seraient plus adapté
mais ma note reste excellente nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances merci au propriétaire disponible et agréable et à la personne sur place très disponible si besoin
