The apartment is up one of the many narrow one-way lanes in the old town. As it is one-way, if travelling by car, you have to stop and unload the bags while blocking the lane. This can be tricky. Equally tricky is then navigating to either the paid parking just a bit further up the road or free parking ~10 mins walk away. The apartment itself is smallish but nice and comfortable. Its up some stairs (no lift) on the 1st level. Inside, its kitchen and living area face the narrow lane outside, and the bedroom and bathroom are further back. Its pretty quite most of the time when windows are shut but can be a little noisy if they are left open. There isn't any air conditioning, so we were fortunate to miss the heatwave conditions in Europe at the time. There is a single fan but it wasn't that effective. The location is excellent, as its just a few minutes walk to the main parts of Honfleur, which is a bustling place to walk around, eat nice food and sip nice drinks. We went to a few nice restaurants, with the pick being L'escale (book early!) and Au P'tit Mareyeur. Overall our stay was very nice.

The information about parking needs to be better explained by the host. Preferably it would be great if the host provided pictures beforehand of the exact roads to take and the exact areas to park in, so it was clear where to go. We flailed around for the best part of an hour unloading bags, then parking in the wrong spots, then trying to park in areas which had no spots, before finally parking ~10 away in a free spot. It shouldn't have been this hard.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento. La struttura è eccezionale, curata nei minimi dettagli e pulizia impeccabile. HosYev e Olga: super attenti e velocissimi nelle risposte.ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci tornerei sicuramente. Alloggio consigliatissimo!
