spacious apartment of 50m2, bright, combining chic and comfort in a contemporary decor.
You will be located on the 1st floor in an authentic building and in the historical and protected district.
the VALENTIN is located 30 meters from the Place Sainte Catherine, at the foot of the picturesque streets and all the restaurants and shops, while preserving your calm.
Particular care was taken in the choice of objects and lights.
Quality services: Dressing, towel warmers, machine Nespresso 'Pixi' pods offered, bedding comfort, books French / English.

The apartment consists of:
- a living area with a large comfortable sofa and a sofa bed sleeps two (mattress 14 cm), a table
low, large flat screen TV (80 cm DIAG), BBOX TV, DVD player, mini stereo (Tuner, CD, MP3 on key
USB, Smartphone, MP3 player).
- a cozy dining area with designer table and chairs.
- the open kitchen offers quality equipment: traditional oven, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker and Nespresso machine with pods, toaster, full crockery.
- the spacious bedroom offers a quality bed with a bed (200 x 160 cm) and a small relaxing tea or reading corner.

L appartement est fidèle aux photographies et l emplacement proche de la place Ste Catherine est idéal. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la place de parking toute proche du logement. Notre expérience fut donc excellente et fidèle à nos attentes .

Je vous conseille cet appartement pour une famille de 4 personnes max, excellente adresse en plein coeur d'Honfleur et juste à côté du marché, et en plus, une place de parking pour nous simplifier la tâche. L'aide de la propriétaire et du concierge ont été top et nous ont permis de passer un très bon moment. A refaire.

Although the location of the property was very central and convenient, the accommodation was a bit shabby with chips out of the walls, quite unsafe and loose electrical fittings and a very damp and musty smell. The couple who greeted us were very helpful with our luggage. One of the reasons we booked this apartment was because in the reviews it mentioned that we would be given a voucher for car parking. This did not happen although most days we were able to park in the carpark near to the accommodation using my partner's disabled sticker. However, it was sometimes very difficult to find a space. The fridge, cooker and dishwasher were quite new but the rest of the apartment could have done with a bit of a re-fit. We appreciated that the building was old and historic but even so it could have been much improved with lighter and brighter decor in our opinion.
