Great place by the airport!

The room was beautiful. I had a terrace room, which was fully accessible and nicely appointed with an electric tea kettle, coffee and tea selection, and a small refrigerator. There was a table and chair, and a separate desk area with the TV. Lovely decor, soft towels, good linens and fast internet. Add to that the proximity to the airport and it can't be beat. Lots of good restaurant options nearby.

Only a minor detail: I realized too late that the refrigerator had been turned way down, so my items didn't get chilled.

The perfect place to stay when flying in or out of Frankfurt Airport

Even better than the previous occasions, because there was guest parking directly out the front.

The streetlight which shines all night directly through the bathroom window (there are no blinds) and thus directly into the bedroom (there is no door). Bring a nightmask if substantial ambient light disturbs your ability to sleep.

Best hotel around FRA airport

Everything - we frequently have to stay in hotels around FRA airport and tried almost all of them, but this one is our new favourite! Excellent location, you’re at the airport in minutes. Super kind staff, we forgot our key in the room and were left in in late at night! Huge, new rooms and the best: fantastic quality mattresses. We slept like babies!

Lovely room and great stay if there weren't the cigarette smoke infested reception

The room was perfect to spend a night before an early morning flight. It was a well equipped compact room with warm lights, a kettle and additional tea bags, and a hairdryer. It was located on the ground floor and easy to get into even with a large suitcase. Quiet at night. Lovely garden around.

Upon check in you need to pass through a smokers' tent. There's no other way to reach the reception. To me, being allergic to cigarette smoke, this was a no-go! My hair and clothes immediately caught the smell, really disgusting. I felt like back in the 80s when everyone smoked ruthlessly.

Stay was overall good if you dont consider the cab booking.

Room was good and clean with all facilities.

We had an early moring flight and the receptionist arranged a vehicle for us during checkin time itself. She could see that we have 6 big bags and 4 passengers. She informed that the cost will be 18 euros from hotel to airport, we asked again and she confirmed the same amount. But next day morning the driver asked for 45 euros after reaching airport, since we did not have any other choice we had to give it. It was a really bad experience, like cheating. Also, room heating was not good

I like the space and the location! But was a bit disapointed with the customer service...

Location and amenities. Both are very good. I had stayed there one week prior, and everything had gone wonderfully - I had booked a single room then. If based on the first experience only, I would have given it a 10/10.

I was really disapointed in something. I was travelling alone on work, and apparently, Booking had added asmall child with me (which I hadn't noticed in advance). Upon arrival, instead of correcting the stay, the person at the desk left it as it was - making me pay the city tax for two people. I was disapointed, but I was not gonna cry over a couple euros more. However, what shocked me was that the person at the reception desk was very much against making such corrections, however everything in the room was set for 1 person - one towel, one pillow, one everything.

A reasonable stop to go airport

Pleasant helpful greeting. Room was large. Beds comfortable. TV was a bit difficult, worked well on check in and evening but in the morning no picture only sound.

Didn't get room we booked with balcony. As a result we faced the street and it was noisy, it was also noisy with people going up and down the stairs. We did appreciate the lower floor as no elevator. The bathroom was very small, and as a result, awkward. Towels threadbare.

Our stay was very uncomfortable and disappointing and I was deceived by the pictures.

Not much. Hot room! Horribly hot even with a fan. Street was busy and loud so we couldn’t open the window. Even though it was cool outside. TV not loud enough to hear. Owner tried to reset volume but it was still not properly adjusted.

It was clean and renovated. But only inside our room. The picture on booking.com is deceiving. It is from the back side. There is no garden and nowhere to sit. There was no breakfast available.

Great little spot for catching an early flight. Walk along the Rhine one more time before you go.

Sweet little hotel near the station. The are easy to get to, and have lovely little courtyard rooms available. Tasteful, immaculate rooms, I rested very well, which I usually cannot do before a long travel day. I attribute to the surroundings.

Completely OK for a short stay

We had to catch a morning flight from FRA, so we decided to stay here instead of driving early. Great location, very close to the S Bahn station which takes you in 5 minutes to the airport. Several restaurants nearby. Well equipped and clean rooms.

Noise insulation could be better, you can hear chatters from the street and when other guests are carrying the suitcases are audible. In our room the shower had the design of half covered with a glass wall and other half open, can not be closed completely. Does not matter how much you take care the floor will be very wet despite putting a towel to the ground, which is slippery. This not a bug, this is a feature, just take care not to slip on the wet floor after taking a shower.

Clean and suitable for my needs

Breakfast was good but expensive. Only available for 1 hour between 8 - 9

Didn’t like having to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to my room under the eves. Although the room was spacious. I’m planning to return to Hotel Athens but may have to pay more for a room with a balcony.

An ever-reliable hotel with friendly staff which is very close to Frankfurt Airport

The location and the staff are always fabulous. Lots of hot water in the bathroom & fluffy towels - much appreciated. Facilities spotlessly clean. Check-in hours and checkout process are both convenient for people flying out of Frankfurt Airport.

In deep winter, a wafer-thin single-bed doona and no top sheet are inadequate for warmth. Not everyone likes to or can "sleep cold".

Good place!

We were stranded in Germany and told to book our own hotel. We did so, we didn't want to go into the city so we booked here. Was half built but lovely. Host was fantastic, welcoming and accommodating. Can't speak highly enough of him. His Dad was also awesome. Glad we chose here.

The town was a bit up and down, we experienced racism and aggression on numerous occasions, but also some fantastic places and good food. This is of no fault of the host who was amazing, he even told us were not to go but we didn't listen.

The behavior of the management was excellent, but unfortunately, because I only stayed one night, I could not change the room again and stayed in the same room.

The room I booked was not as shown in the photos and I didn't even have a refrigerator in the room, and they said that if I need a refrigerator, I should use the refrigerator in the hotel restaurant.

Superb

The room was new and very comfortable. There was a place to park our car for free. We chose this place for our last night as it is close to the airport. The young man and his father were very helpful.

The hotel is being renovated. We were a little worried when we drove up to the front but after finding the entrance we found that the rooms they are renting right now are in a new separate building at the back.

We glad we stopped there - the town is CHARMING. And the rate is very reasonable.

The staff was very helpful in providing recommendations as to where to eat (since most of the town was on vacay) and got us a cab when it rained just before leaving, where walking to the train station despite it being close would have still gotten us drenched. And the restaurant he suggest proved to serve the best veal schnitzel we’ve ever had.

There was a lot of construction (adding new facilities and such)… but the room was impeccably clean with everything fully in order and working.

Perfect, especially for an early flight out of Frankfurt Airport the next day

Despite my late arrival, the host was perfectly friendly and helpful. I love the soundproof, spacious rooms & the instant hot water both in the basin and in the shower. The mattresses are all supremely comfortable. The proximity to Frankfurt Airport for an early flight is the icing on the cake. Just perfect!

Superb

Friendly staff, took care that we get what we need. The hotel is 5-7 minutes drive from the airport, which was important to us. We got a room in the backyard building which was fairly quiet given that there is a railroad nearby.

Not really much, to complain about. If you like to take a shower a bit longer, the flat tub may overflow and flood the floor. Having a couple of bags of black tea in addition to Mint and Fruit-tea would be nice.
