Fabulous apartment with sea view and within easy reach of all De Panne has to offer.

Sea view from the living area which was great, short walk to restaurants and shops. Very friendly hosts.

Noisy at night due to inconsiderate people staying below us but this was not the hosts fault.

Angenehme Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist weniger als eine Minute vom Strand und wenig länger vom Zentrum entfernt. Ein Teil der Fenster erlaubt Meerblick durch eine Straße. Die Wohnung war zwar nicht sehr modern eingerichtet, aber vor allem die Kücheneinrichtung haben wir als passend empfunden. Aus- und Einladen vor dem Haus waren möglich. Vor dem Haus verkehrt die Küstenstraßenbahn, deren nächste Haltestelle ca. 200 m entfernt ist.

Der Treppenaufgang ist schmal und das Licht schaltet erst ein, wenn man die erste Etage erreicht hat. Für den aufgerufenen Preis hätte meiner Einschätzung nach zumindest die Bettwäsche enthalten sein müssen. Anstrengend fand ich die Parkmöglichkeiten: Entweder 15€ pro Tag für einen Tiefgaragenplatz oder mit einigen Minuten Fußweg an der Straße für 5€ pro Tag. An vollen Tagen in De Panne kann es dann aber schwer werden, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Nach der Abreise wurde es nochmal turbulent, weil Bettdecken fehlten, die in unserem Gepäck vermutet wurden, sich aber schließlich in einem Schrank in der Wohnung wiederfanden.

De Locatie was goed

De accomodatie was kleiner dan de beschrijving en de foto's kwamen verkeerd over. De hygiëne was ook niet echt goed Het onthaal was ook niet goed...we moesten de sleutel afhalen in het aanpalende frituur en de sleutel werd afgegeven en dat was het. Het was duur voor wat het was.

Propreté à revoir Logement du RDC mal isolé phonétiquement. Chaque personne qui monte dans l'escalier, qui claque la porte ou encore le voisin du dessus qui ronfle tout est audible.

La proximité de la plage

L’accueil très limité par les propriétaires ou représentants étrangers L’absence d’état des lieux à l, entrée et au départ L,absence de parking au pied de l,immeuble L’absence de lave vaisselle Le peu de vaisselle disponible Le bruit des occupants des logements en dessous et du dessus par défaut d’une insonorisation simplement correcte , juste au dessus de leur friterie! L’escalier étroit et mal éclairé L’intérieur des placards non nettoyés La qualité des rideaux occultants du séjour! Et cerise sur le gâteau…accompagné le soir par mes deux aînés, les représentants du dit propriétaire ont considéré qu’ils avaient dormi là et ont enlevé soixante euros de la caution…alors qu’ils ne dont pas restés et étaient rentrés chez nous dormir pour travailler le lendemain en région Lilloise Accessoirement, vous avez juste deux lits de deux personnes donc six n’était pas physiquement possible Ne vous fiez pas à la jolie photo du salon, elle n’est pas représentative Vous le savez, si un de vos amis vient en fin de journée, il sera considéré comme ayant logé et vous serez taxé Booking a été prévenu longuement et des démarches sont en cours auprès de la ville et sur le plan légal FUYEZ cette ARNAQUE , fuyez!!!!

Маленька квартира на першому поверсі, душно спати, зверху постійно хтось переставляв меблі і вдень і вночі. Один ключ дали, який відкривав спільні двері та нашу квартиру. Тобто. у кого були ключі від спільних дверей, могли відкрити нашу)) Всю постільню білизну та рушники потрібно приносити з собою. Оплата спочатку була 180 євро + 58 євро! за прибирання, + 40 євро за газ, + депозит 200 євро (який повернули наступного дня)

Pas loin de la mer

Appartement médiocre, tenture qui ne ferme pas les fenêtres complètes cuisine aucun store on as le vis à vis des gens en face. Salle de bain on voit tout de l'extérieur quand on ce douche super moi je dis l'intimité on as su pendre un essai de bain. Niveau toilette porte coulissante ou on voit sur les côtés. 177 euros c'est honteux.

Fein aber durch die Straßenbahn nachts unangenehm

Die Unterkunft war entsprechend der Bilder und für zwei Personen ausreichend. Die Nähe zum breiten Sandstrand ist sehr gut.

Leider hört man die Straßenbahn, die direkt neben der Unterkunft vorbei fährt. Nachts empfanden wir das dumpfe Geräusch, was von der Bahn übertragen wurde, als sehr unangenehm.

DIE Unterkunft war geräumig und zufriedenstellend.

DIe Wohnung war geräumig und lag inunmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Die Vermieter waren freundlich.

Die Parkmöglichkeit in einer Tiefgarage ist leider einige Meter entfernt und wenn man öfter kurz wegfahren möchte, eher unpraktisch. Das wir den Müll mitnehmen müssen war mir leider nicht bewusst und wurde vorher auch nicht kuminiziert. Vielleicht habe ich es aber auch überlesen.

Будьте готовы, что в момент выселения вас заставят вынести за собой весь мусор. Мусорный бак находится далеко и нам нужно было его еще найти. Апартаменты со старым ремонтом. Постельное белье и полотенца везли с собой. Подушки и одеяла были в номере, но очень плохого качества. Было не очень чисто. В номере не было мыла, а туалетная бумага была в ограниченном колличестве. Звукоизоляция очень слабая. Нам не понравилось там, соотношение цены и качества не соответствуют.
