Close to the beach in a quiet cul de sac road. Good value for money!

Close to the centre of Niechorze and the beach but also quiet as it’s not too close to the main road. Good value for money. No noise heard at night. Everything we needed was there apart from some small items but nothing major.

I would suggest updating the mattress and pillows. We slept alright but we are used to different bed types. It was too soft for us though.

we arrived a bit too early for the check-in but it was ok to collect the keys and move in. one thing that surprised us - there was a deposit of 200 PLN to be paid and there was no cheat mention of this fact on the booking.com property website. we had a somewhat unpleasant talk with the host about it. the good things: + boiler in the bathroom was working super fine and we had hot water at all times + the property is conveniently located at the end of a side street - quiet (at this time if season), no traffic and only 10 minutes of a lazy steel to the beach. main street 2 minutes away. + beach screen + blinds quite successfully blocking out the sun + the furniture looks new and walls fresh with paint Fridge was working ok + size of the shower

we have ambivalent feelings about the host - early check-in was ok but the tone of conversation not really customer-oriented. there is a mention of a balcony but... it's an external corridor, actually, so we had people parading in front of our windows (no drapes, just the top-to-bottom blinds so if you want to stay in, you have to deprive yourself of any natural light) --- the mattress was impossible - it was u-shaped and shortly we started to suffer badly :( We did have a kitchenette however, there was scarcely any cricket crockery or typical equipment (no colander) Generally, we felt there was no privacy and sleep quality was below legal standards.

Schöne Unterkunft für Familien

Zentrale Lage, nicht weit zum Strand, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Sehr nettes Personal und Gastgeber. Bei Fragen war er jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Für die Kinder befindet sich ein kleiner, aber feiner Spielplatz auf dem Gelände, mit Fahrrädern und Tretrollern. Kommen gerne wieder :)

Vielleicht ein kleiner Tipp, weniger Weichspüler für die Handtücher. Sie waren zwar sehr weich, haben aber kaum Feuchtigkeit aufgenommen. Was das abtrocknen schwerer macht. Aber sonst alles super.

Super miejscówka w Niechorzu

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do plaży, głównej ulicy, stacji kolejki wąskotorowej ale jednocześnie ośrodek usytuowany w bardzo cichej okolicy. Fajny plac zabaw, do dyspozycji dla dzieci były między innymi rowerki i hulajnogi, córka byla zachwycona. Do każdego apartamentu przydzielone miejsce parkingowe. Bardzo ładnie utrzymane tereny zielone, dużo kwiatów, które przyciągały piękne motyle. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel.

Niestety w moim apartamencie patelnie nie nadawały się do użytku, były mocno zdarte. Poduszki i kołdry też były dość wysłużone.

Krótki pobyt, tylko 3 noce. Osoby starsze, mniej sprawne powinny rezerwować mieszkania na parterze.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, cicho, brak drogi przelotowej, dobry dojazd do obiektu, dobrze przygotowany i oznaczony parking.
