The apartment was very clean and beds were comfortable. The owner was attentive. Very convenient location close to shops and restaurants.

We had such a great time at Loic’s place. His apartment is in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Paris within a short walking distance to a few major metro stations. Lots of great options for restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries nearby. The apartment was clean and tidy with plenty of beds and linens. The bathroom toilet is literally in a small closet, so consider that when booking, as it may be an inconvenience for some. We had a wonderful time in Paris and would definitely consider staying at Loic’s place again!

This location was great for our family to experience Paris from a local neighborhood but not far from all the main tourist attractions. It is about 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and close to several Metro stops within 5-10 minutes walk—so all the major tourist spots, the Seine river, and the entire city was very accessible. A supermarket is just next door and the neighborhood has several of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, grocers, and little public parks to enjoy daily Parisien life. This apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift, and the toilet closet may not be easy for larger or very tall guests or those with mobility/accessibility concerns. The hardwood floors also creak which is expected for a building of this age, so you need to be mindful of being courteous to the neighbors below regarding noise in the later evening. There is no air conditioning, but several fans were provided, and none of the windows were directly sun-facing, so it was relatively cool with the windows open even on some of the warmer days. Traffic noise is unavoidable, so bring earplugs if this bothers you and keeps you awake at night. We are a physically active family of four who travel light, enjoy walking all day, and prefer experiencing a new city embedded with the locals rather than from a hotel. This apartment fit our travel style well. The property owners were very pleasant and communicated well and often about any concerns we had during our stay. We had a problem with the refrigerator, but they helped and communicated often even during a busy week of a national holiday when services and availability were limited. Speaking of national holidays, we happily discovered that just two blocks away, there was a clear line of sight to the Eiffel Tower. So we were able to see the fireworks display on the late evening of Fête de la Fédération (AKA: Bastille Day), without dealing with the massive crowds at the park and resultant traffic afterwards; and we were back in the apartment early and ready for our departing flight very early the next morning.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this flat. Everything is as described. Communication with the owner was very friendly and professional. We stayed there for 4 nights with 3 kids (10,8,5 years). Flat is perfectly located for any trip to the highlights of Paris. Supermarket just next door and good restaurants nearby (we really liked Les Artisans just 2 minutes away)

We had a great visit here. The apartment was perfect for our needs - a family of 5. It was exceptionally clean and better than we expected. Hopefully, when we visit my family in Paris again, this apartment will be available. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Löic's lovely 5th floor apartment was a joy to stay in. We stayed in Jan 4-7 degree days and the apartment was always warm and welcoming. We are a couple with one child and with 2 extra family members joining us for the weekend made 5 all very doable and comfortable at Löic's. Rue Lecourbe at the junction with Cambronne offers all the local needs you could want with a selection of great eats and food shopping. you feel a part of the community from the start and yet you are also so close to the attractions - 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. The Metro is just down the road and although, when we stayed there were some disruptions to service, it was easy to navigate as was the bus service which was fun. The friendliness of the locals in the bars and restaurants around the apartment, was welcoming and the supermarket ladies at Monoprix were a joy. Did we mention the food!? So many artisan food shops, from patisseries to fishmongers to cheese shops and butchers. An amazing area and apartment to enjoy it from. We would definitely want to stay here again, hopefully some time soon. Thank you Loic!

Ap’t very clean, spacious enough for 2 adults with 3 teens, and convenient location next to grocery store with great patisserie inside! Loic was very accommodating with check in and check out. Definitely recommend! Just note the toilet is located in a very tight space, but there is a window in there!

From the beginning to the end, everything was just what we needed. Loic was very respy to all inquiries. The instructions for arrival/check-in were easy to follow. All the basic necessities were supplied, and for everything else there is literally a store just next door, and plenty of other shops and restaurants within just a few blocks. I wish it wasn't half a world away so that we could come back!

We loved the location, very close to the metro and less than a mile walking to the Eiffel tower. The apartment was very spacious with plenty of room for two adults and 3 kids (14, 13 and 9). Each person had their own bed, very comfortable. The only downside is no lift, by the last day we were all exhausted of the stairs and taking the luggage up and down was difficult. The floors were creaky, and we got home late almost every night, so it was difficult for us to not make noise after 11. Great part of being on the 5th floor, is we didn't miss the a/c at all, the breeze was great and it was very comfortable.

Tout était très bien. Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 adolescents. Épicerie dans l'immeuble à côté. Boulangerie, poissonnerie, marchands de fruits et légume, de charcuterie,fromagerie, miellerie et métro à moins de 10 min. de marche. Il faut être prêt à monter 5 étages d'escalier, mais on se sent alors comme beaucoup de parisien. Pour ceux qui dorment du côté du salon, la rue au pied de l'appartement est plutôt bruyante la nuit si on doit laisser les fenêtres ouvertes lors de jours de grande chaleur, mais c'est bien insonorisé dès que les fenêtres sont fermées. Toilette un peu trop près du mur d'en face pour les jambes de mon conjoint, mais c'est le lot de bien des parisiens j'imagine. Ce sont les seuls bémols. Il y avait 2 ventilateurs pour nous rafraîchir. Ce fut très apprécié. Laveuse et support à séchage pour la lessive. Les vêtements séchaient extrêmement rapidement, même si à l'intérieur (ce qui n'est pas aussi rapide chez moi au Québec). Le quartier est très agréable. N'hésiter pas à allez vous promener au parc Georges Brassen qui est beau avec une belle ambiance (lac, fleurs, vigne, bâtiments d'époque, jeux pour enfants, forêt), difficile de se croire en plein coeur de Paris. En résumé, un bel appartement où nous retournerions sans hésiter. Merci Loïc!

The apartment was clean and located next to grocery store and a number of good restaurants with fresh bakeries, fish market, fruit markets and butcher shop. Only down side is WC was really small and floors were very creaky. This was difficult as we had late arrival and early departure. As much as we tried, it was difficult to be quiet with the creaky floors. Lastly, it is an older building, typical for Paris, so there was no lift so we got great leg muscles from the stairs. The landlord was very responsive and helpful.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Loïc, parfaitement conforme a la description et aux photos. Très bien équipé, tous les commerces au pied de l'immeuble. La communication avec le propriétaire a été très facile. Les enfants ont dévoré les nombreux livres laisses à disposition. Lors d'un prochain séjour en famille, nous reviendrons, c'est sûr et avec plaisir, à cette bonne adresse !

Our family of 5 (kids ages 14,12, and 11) loved our time at Loic's place in Paris. It felt like we were locals for a week. The beds were extremely comfortable, the apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed, Loic was very helpful with recommendations, we were a short walk from a few different metro stops and right next door to a great grocery store. We did have to carry our bags up the 5 floors of stairs, the toilet room is very small and the old wood floors are a bit creaky but none of these things deterred from our enjoyment of the place. Also a good value since we would have had to get 2 hotel rooms for our family of 5 in the city.

We had a great stay. It was incredibly hot during our visit (mid-80F, low 90F) so the apartment was a little stuffy. There was a lot of street noise (windows were open to try and cool things off). But the apartment itself was clean. The shower was great. Plenty of room for entire family (2 adults, 3 kids). It was an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower but didn't feel like a tourist area. Two metro stops were very close. Convenient to many delicious markets. We had an amazing time!

We absolutely ENJOYED staying at Loic's lovely apartment. Great neighborhood and close to everything you need to live like a local in Paris. His apartment is SPOT ON like his pictures you see in the description. Clean, fresh, and what you see in the pictures is what you get in reality. What his pictures don't show is there is a couch in the living room now which made it great for some nice evenings to just sit and relax. Everything you need is just below the apartment such as a pharmacy, grocery store, and one of the best boulangerie/patissieries. We got daily baguettes there for only 1 euro and they are some of the best we have ever had! The metro stop is just a short 5-6 minute walk, and you can walk to the Eiffel Tower in 15 minutes. If you walk to the top of the hill near the apartment, you get some great views of the Eiffel Tower. Loic was friendly and welcoming. He had maps, description books, etc in the apartment to help you get around the city. He is very responsive should you need to get a hold of him. We went as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids (ages 10, 8, 6) and we all had comfy beds to sleep in. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. HIGHLY recommend staying here and we have plans to come back. We loved just walking around the neighborhood, checking out the local shops, and even letting our kids play at a nearby park. Very local feel in this area. The only 2 complaints we had were the 6 flights of stairs--although we felt like true Parisians climbing them every night and we didn't have to feel so guilty about eating all the bread and cheese that we did! Also we were warned that there was no lift. And also the toilette room is SMALL!! You seriously have to get creative when doing your bathroom business! But the beauty is the toilette is in its own little room, then there is a separate bathroom with a large tub/shower combo, sink, and washer. Pros: true local experience, clean, all towels and linens provided, convenient to metro, shops, etc... Cons: 6 flights of stairs (no lift), small toilette room, **not really a pro or a con but the street noise could get loud when windows were open, but that is just part of living in a city. When windows are closed, you could hear NO noise and it was nice and quiet. THANK YOU LOIC!!!

The apartment is very nice and clean. Loic met us at the location and walked us through the apartment to make sure we knew how everything worked and answered any questioned we may of had. The apartment is spacious and has a stocked kitchen incase you wanted to cook which we did not. The only downside to this apartment is the 5 flights of stairs you need to go up with all your luggage. No lift! Also the water closet (toilet) which is separate is extremely tiny. Overall we had a great stay!

Lovely, one of the best well stocked apartments we stayed in on our vacation. The size and amenities were perfect. Only draw back was the 5 flight of stairs, but for all you get it, it was worth every step. Loic was very quick and easy to get ahold of when we were planning our arrival and departure times. Lots of restaurants, bars and grocery stores nearby. A couple of metro lines (5min/10min) are nearby. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Thank you Loic for having us stay in your lovely apartment! The location is excellent with a supermarket downstairs and delicious boulangeries and cafes near by. The transport options were easy for getting around Paris as well. We were a family of 2 adults and 3 children and found the apartment excellent. The only words of caution are that the street noise is loud when the windows are open and it is on the 5th floor up a steep spiral staircase. Despite these two negatives I would highly recommend Loic's apartment for your next stay in the beautiful city of Paris!

We had a great time in Loïc's flat. It's centrally located to several metro and bus lines. Eiffel Tower is two metro stops away. The apartment is a charming flat with four beds--can sleep 5--one bed sleeps two. The apartment is also equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine. Very clean, neat. Linens and towels fresh and clean. Great interior design and flourish. Grocery store is one door down. Perfect. The apartment has a lovely contemporary wash room and kitchen. Building is really quiet. Apartment is on the 5th floor. No lift. Plan to carry luggage up the stairs. For us, no lift wasn't a deal breaker, at all. The apartment is nicely situated to many stores, bakeries, and restaurants--all walking distance. As for the host, Loiïc was extremely accommodating and helpful. He even assisted with taxi travel on our way out of the country--a tight travel situation (trying to get a taxi during heavy rush hour). He was gracious with his time trying to help us. He was super attentive in email correspondence--- the booking, reservation, confirmation and post travel email. All and all, a fantastic visit and we look forward to our next visit in his flat!

Apartment had everything my family of 5 needed. It was close to the easy-to-use, inexpensive, fantastic Paris metro and had lots of wonderful grocery shopping options on the same block. Apartment was clean & stylish. I would stay here again or recommend to a friend.

My friends and I stayed in Paris for a week. The place is just amazing! The apartment owner is kind and helpful. The room is equipped with complete necessities of life. We strongly recommend the place to everyone.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement parisien à la décoration soignée et très bien placé pour visiter la capitale. L’appartement est grand, calme et lumineux. De plus, le quartier est très agréable, très commerçant, esprit village. Le métro, arrêt Vaugirard, est très proche et la Tour Eiffel peut être atteinte à pieds. Le propriétaire est très réactif aux mails et répond rapidement aux questions éventuelles. Nous recommandons cet appartement et reviendrons avec plaisir si nous le pouvons. Béatrice

Nous étions sur Paris pour l’hospitalisation de notre fille à Necker, l’appartement est tout proche (à pied ou en V’lib). Idéalement situé aussi pour visiter la Tour Eiffel, les Invalides à pied et des transports en commun. L’appartement est très agréable et spacieux.
