## Logement
Located in Paris, this cozy duplex is perfectly equipped to accommodate a group of friends.
Ground floor:
- Three bedrooms with double beds (140x200). Two bedrooms face the street; the third overlooks the building’s inner courtyard, which houses the building’s trash bins.
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A large living room with a dining table
- A small bathroom with a shower and toilet
Windowless basement accessible via stairs:
- A room with no doors or windows, featuring a closet
- A spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathub, double sink, macerator toilet, and washing machine.
The ceiling height in the basement is 2.50 meters. Please note that access to the bathroom from the staircase is somewhat narrow; it is through an opening that is 1.70 meters high and 45 centimeters wide.
You’ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay: a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a washing machine, a dishwasher and more.
The neighborhood is ideal: shops nearby (Monoprix is 5 minutes away, Picard is 4 minutes away), and the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides are a 20-minute walk away. With excellent public transportation access, you’ll be able to easily explore all of Paris.2
The apartment is cleaned before and after each rental.

Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.

Had a great stay in a very convenient location. Walking distance to great restaurants and the metro line.

The property is a nice size- we were pleasantly surprised that there were three separate bedrooms, plus the downstairs roll out couch and separate area. We had plenty of room for our family of five. The upstairs bathroom is very small and the steps in front of the toilet is odd. The shower and sink upstairs are tiny. The downstairs bathroom is amazing but the shower leaked on the floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

There were only 2 wine glasses ,could do with more as it was a spacious appartment, sleeping up to 8 people. Some bigger mugs also.Some of the pillows were very small.Otherwise a great location with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.I would recommend this lovely appartment.
