Lovely apartment, everything you need provided. Excellent communication and very accommodating to any requests we made.

Everything was very good

The bed was extremely comfortable Lots of clean towels and an extra set of bedding The washing machine came in handy The location is fantastic for those who prefer a quiet location Sunny balcony Outside table needs replacing, couldn't clean it . Oven wasnt working which we were advised about two hours before arriving. They were going to fix it but we said it was fine because we wouldn't be using it. There is no reception as advertised and nowhere to leave luggage if you arrive early. Was told we could take to a hotel 30 minutes walk away which wasn't suitable for us. No plug and shower attachment wobbling, we reported and it was fixed two days later because it was Christmas day. The cleaner should have reported before our arrival. No instructions or welcome pack so didn't know what to do with the rubbish. Overall a lovely stay but I would look elsewhere as other properties are around £200 cheaper for the same type. All communication was done via WhatsApp with the property management

La casa falta cartel Vv (Vivienda Vacacional). Algunas fotos no coinciden del estado actual, ejemplo ducha. Falta de Mantenimiento como: Horno estropeado. Habitación luces fundidas, dos. Aseo ajustar portarollos, ajustar alcachofa ducha, etc ... Falta utensilios como: Tapa interior microondas, tapas sartenes, Colador, etc ... Otras cosas como: Cubo de basura enano, era de aseo. Almohadas muy malas, para tirar. Falta felpudo entrada. Puerta entrada entra mucha porquería. Televisión súper pequeña de juguete. Cortinas con agujeros y el carril se suelta. Baldosas suelo algunas crujen. La ventana del aseo no se abre , ni tiene cortina. En el aseo faltan colgadores para toallas de ducha. Por la noche el acceso a la vivienda no tiene luz. Seguro que algo se me olvida. Todo esto se puede mejorar, espero que estas sugerencias se sirvan que se arreglen y los próximos huéspedes estén satisfechos.
