Location, equipment. Staff comms.
The apartment is with pool view only. Pool is not accessible at all. This option should be excluded from search on booking.com for this apartment. Shower was not very clean. I had to clean it myself and partly succeeded but the black stains are impossible to clean. One window scroll was broken when we arrived. Main door lock is tragic. But apparently this applies to all apartments in Spain. Still it could use improvement. Several lizards in the apartment when we arrived.
