With an exceptional view of the sea, the villa l'Alcazaba is ideally suited to families. You will appreciate our bright house for its modern comfort, its garden with access to the swimming pool and the proximity of Denia.
Can accommodate up to 8 people, the house is fully equipped and offers all the appropriate services to spend a beautiful holiday with family or friends.
The villa offers 4 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 Sea view with terrace is composed of a queen size bed 160x190 cm with a private bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and a dryer-towels and a separate toilet, a dressing room, a television access canalsat and international chains, an office.
- Bedroom 2 consists of either a queen size bed 160x190 cm or 2 beds 80x190 cm with a bathroom equipped with a toilet, a hairdryer and a dryer-towels, a wardrobe-closet and a TV with canalsat access and international channels.
- Bedroom 3 consists of either a king size double bed 180x190 cm or 2 beds 90x190 cm with a wardrobe and a desk.
- Bedroom 4 consists of either a double bed 150x190 cm equipped with a wardrobe.
- A shared bathroom is available rooms 3 and 4 equipped with a bath-shower, a toilet, a hairdryer and heated towel rail.
In order to spend privileged moments during your stay, the living room, the central room of the house, will allow you to have fun thanks to its numerous seats, its television with access to all your favorite chains and its big table of stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob with hood, filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a juicer, a toaster and all the crockery helpful to a pleasant stay. From the kitchen you can access the laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a drying machine, all ironing equipment and a water softener.
The garden will allow you to live pleasant moments with its dining table, its barbecue area equipped with a plancha, its bath seats and its direct access to the swimming pool and the beach.
