About this apartment rental
Mireya Apartment is a nice flat with two bedrooms and a bathroom located in the middle of the town of Playa Blanca, near the shopping area and maritime avenue. A few meters walking distance you can find a small white sand beach, restaurants, shops, taxi rank and port that connects local ferry between Lanzarote and Fuerteventura.
It is only 350 meters from the town's main beach and about 200 meters from the bus station. It is perfect whether you have a rental vehicle or not.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with iron, safe, internet access (WiFi), hairdryer, television with satellite in Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French.
The kitchen has ceramic hob, fridge - freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dinner set / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Perfect place to spend a few days in the southern area of Playa Blanca near the beaches of Papagayo.

Playa Blanca is located in the south of the island of Lanzarote. It is the third most important tourist area of the island. It belongs to the district of Yaiza and in recent decades has experienced a boom in the tourism sector that has made it a remarkable point and of great interest to those who visit the island.
A small sandy beach with crystal clear blue water located in the heart of the town gives its name to the area. With its marked fishing tradition, the town of Playa Blanca has gone from being an almost non-existent place to become a point of interest not only for tourism but also cultural, with its port allowing maritime connection to the neighboring island of Fuerteventura.
The paradisiacal beaches of Papagayo, where the first documented conquerors entered, continue to maintain its air of mystery as they are located within the Ajaches Natural Monument with almost two kilometers where you will find several beach coves of golden sand and turquoise waters.
Playa Blanca has an extensive seaside avenue that borders almost all its coastline and will allow you to enjoy walking along from the Coloradas area towards the Pechiguera Lighthouse, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
From Playa Blanca it is easy to move around and visit the island by car. You will find the Timanfaya National Park just 20 minutes away, within which are the Fire Mountains, one of the most important enclave of the island that should not be missed during your visit as well as the coastal area of Los Hervideros - El Golfo.
The island has 9 official Tourist Centers and on its website (http://www.cactlanzarote.com/) you can find all the information you need.
We also recommend a visit to the César Manrique Foundation (http://fcmanrique.org/?lang=en) where you can learn a lot about this local artist whose architectural and sculptural works are visible throughout the island of Lanzarote.

Property was exactly as described and very well placed. Nice welcome pack in the fridge. Good to have a safe in the apartment. One negative, the lights in the building hallway did not work, which made late night returns a challenge, but were being repaired on the day we left. All in all very good.

Great stay at this apartment very close to all amenities in Playa Blanca. Supermarket around a minutes walk from the apartment was extremely handy, and had great meals particularly at Romantica near the promenade (we would recommend booking a table in the window overlooking the seafront) and a takeaway from Chacho fresh burger. Dream home rentals were really accommodating, letting us check in earlier and check out later to coincide with our flight times. We also enjoyed some lovely days on the secluded Papagayo beaches - you can get a bus there from Playa blance followed by a short walkwalk all the way around the coast (approximately 1hr 30 mins). Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for sun, sea and sand!
